We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful, spotless and perfectly stocked. The owners were great to communicate with us and even sent a message after the first day to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely stay here again.

Beach bliss

Property is beautiful and clean, exactly as pictured! It was very easy to get in contact with the manager, they respond within minutes. Beach access was perfect, load up your things and hop on the elevator right outside your door- click B and you’re a few steps away! It is so nice and the view from the balcony is amazing.

Condo was great, location was great. Unit had everything you need. Elevators were a challenge at first but once you figure it out not too bad. We would stay here again!

Loved the view

The room was great and very clean. The only issues we had were that it took too long to go up and down the elevator. And the pool by the beach was too crowded on the 4th. We came down around 9:30 am on the 4th and all of the chairs by the pool had towels on them and no one was sitting in them. Only a handful in the pool. There were several signs that chairs could not be reserved but this wasn’t enforced.

It was a great place to stay. Had a balcony that over looked the ocean. Great location with a parking garage. Everyone there was very friendly. I would stay at this location again next time we are at PCB!!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo in a perfect location. Very clean and had everything we needed to spend a week. The host, Liv Vacations, made the booking process simple and their staff was very professional and quick to respond to questions. My husband and I have stayed at Emerald Beach Resort once or twice a year for several years now, and Nans Nest is by far our favorite condo. I will definitely book this room going forward.

Fantastic Stay!

Absolutely everything about our stay was excellent! Property was exactly as advertised. There was plenty of room for the three of us, all of the furnishings were clean and comfortable (and a beautiful style!), and the ocean view from the balcony was AMAZING. We would definitely seek out this resort & specific condo again!

We had a wonderful time in PCB!! The weather didn’t cooperate for us, but the condo was a nice place to spend the time. The view is gorgeous and everything was clean and comfortable.

The view was amazing!

We would be honored to stay at this location again....everything was perfect for just the 2 of us! The jetted tub ~ who needs the hot tub ~ awesome! Can't say enough about location most everything we enjoyed was within walking distance. And our charter was just 15 min drive. The pool and bartenders we great and upbeat! Nan's Nest was very mood calming beach blue, warm and inviting.

Everything from booking, to arrival day to just relaxing and enjoying our week to the final checkout day was smooth and easy! The property was warm, clean and very comfortable. Beautiful condo, perfect in every way. Fabulous views, great location as far as closeness to Walmart to grab your groceries, to walking to dinner/donuts/shopping. Beach is wonderful. Get to the beach early to go to the stand to reserve your beach chairs for the week, there is three rows of chair, earlier you get their the better chance to get first row chairs. Thank you for sharing your condo with us, we will be back next year but for 7 nights instead of 5! Wish we had more time for sure!

Annual getaway

This was our 3rd year going to PCB, and our 3rd stay at Emerald (different units each time). This unit was great! Extremely clean, well maintained, and is exactly as described. We did not encounter any issues with check in, but management was kind enough to reach out to see how we were doing, and if we needed anything. The FL weather was not very cooperative, but there was a pull out sofa bed. It was very relaxing with the slider door open to the balcony listening to the waves. The unit is very convenient to the elevators, as well as the trash shoot. Nan's nest was a 5/5, and look forward to booking again next year!

Sping Break Get Away

We loved our stay and the home was well thought out and put together. The decor was just as pictured and everything we needed was provided. I cooked everyday and the pots were good quality. I've stayed at vacation homes where things provided were cheap and lacked quality, this home was impressive. We were in close proximity to shopping areas and grocery stores. My con with this property was it is right off the elevator and the bedroom is on the same hallway as the elevator. Please watch out for the corners on foot board, I bumped into it a few time walking by. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, it was a good home away from home.

Uncomfortable furniture

As a whole, it was very pretty. Entryway, queen bedroom, hall bed, kitchen and living room. The balcony was nice ocean view. Everything looked inviting. The couch wether just sitting on or using the pull out sleeper was so uncomfortable. We could feel each spring. Sitting on a pillow did not help. The queen bed was not good either. It offered no support, so we did not sleep well. The pillows besides the decorative ones were all very flat, so they could not be used for added support. The hall bed was comfortable though. The only comfortable place to relax was the livingroom chair. It all looked pretty, but it did not lend us a comfortable stay. The bathroom felt very dingy. There was black mold in the bath/ shower. It has cracked caulking all around. An overhead the ceiling tile was dark orange and brown from some sort of leak. The ceiling is very short so that ceiling tile right overhead was a major turn off and unsightly. It had a jetted tub, which was also moldy in the jets and around the bath/ shower border. The caulk was very old and cracked all around, making it feel unclean and not maintained. The only other thing is the balcony lock would not properly lock and we have a toddler, so that is a concern. Only 1 elevator worked so we often waited almost 10 minutes at times. Beach was lovely, but very crowded and our beds were taken our first day. Overall, pretty place. Needs some tlc in bathroom and new furniture. Otherwise nice placw to stay. Compared to.other places.

TV Service Indescribable

Living room TV had streaming service only, no networks. On final day of 4th night stay, finally got basic cable service in the bedroom for a few hours. Did not have any meals in the condo, since my habit of cooking while watching TV was a wash out. Service person did the best he could. However, there were numerous remote controls and the setup inconsistent between the rooms it was a case of very, very little too late.
