This popular direct beach access vacation rental has just been completely renovated! I-Land Style is 4 br 2 ba oceanfront vacation home on Edisto Beach, SC, close to restaurants and grocery store. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath coastal home is located on 5 miles of shell strewn beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean allowing you to enjoy incredible sunrises and moonrises from almost every room in the home. The large kitchen with solid surface cooktop opens to the living and dining area and is perfect for cooking your favorite low country cuisine.

The spacious dining area with the adjacent breakfast bar seats all of you! This is the perfect dining area for relishing those low country meals with your entire family on vacation.

The living area with cathedral ceiling has a wonderful ocean view and double sliders onto the oceanfront covered porch that extends the length of the home; you will love the expansive views of the ocean, moonrises and sunrises.
There are a total of four bedrooms (accommodating twelve guests total). The south side of the home offers an oceanfront master bedroom suite with king bed and private bath featuring double vanities, spacious shower and walk-in closet. The north side beachfront offers a guest bedroom 2 with a queen bed and with ocean views and tv. Palmetto Side Guest bedroom 3 contains one bunk bed/ twin over full, twin trundle underneath and a queen bed with tv & Guest bedroom 4 offers a queen bed and tv. There is a convenient main floor laundry located in the hallway on the left side of the house making this the best and most one of the most convenient beach homes you have ever enjoyed!

Relax after a fun day enjoying all of Edisto Beach's amenities and bask in the gentle sea breezes and sounds of the surf! Plenty of area below home with 2 bays for cars and boats, enclosed hot and cold shower with private dressing area, and charcoal grill. Spend your days walking for miles on the beach collecting treasures, fishing from the shore or just relaxing in the sea breezes.
Enjoy an open kitchen, dining, and living room, all with a full view of the ocean and play games with your family on the large covered porch which encompasses the entire oceanside of I-Land Style. Your departure cleaning fee is for FULL departure clean giving you the ability to enjoy your last day of vacation and not have to scrub bathrooms, kitchens and everything else in the house on your last day of your Edisto Beach vacation!

I-Land Style is family friendly with plenty of room for the kids. Within short walking distance to local shops, restaurants and less than one block from the grocery store; this is the perfect Edisto Beach oceanfront vacation home!

I-Land Style was "our style"

This was our first time staying at I-Land Style and it was perfect for us. The kitchen was a real plus; it was clean, had 2 refrigerators and every cooking/baking accessory we could want. The bathrooms had nice storage areas and multiple towel racks so that multiple people could have their own space if they needed to share. I also appreciated the fact that heavy duty rugs were placed in strategic areas to capture much of the sand before it got tracked throughout the house. The house was well-maintained and attractively decorated throughout. We definitely hope to return to I-Land Style next year.

Edisto Beach perfection!

I booked this little beach house last summer to surprise my girlfriend on her birthday this March. We had stayed in a time share condo but I wanted a true beachfront experience for her. This beautiful home did not dissapoint! The remodel has been done beautifully. Although we only used one bedroom, the house felt remarkably cozy for its size. If you're looking to take a small family there's room to spare. I love cooking in the kitchen! Copious amounts of counter space, 2 refrigerators, pull out drawer microwave and an electric range that looks barely used at all. Plenty of pots and pans and even some decent knives to round it out. We had reservations in Charleston for a couple of very nice restaurants, but after seeing how amazing the house was, we cancelled them and camped out in the house the entire time. My only regret is that we didn't book it for longer! It was very difficult to leave...

We loved this home from the minute we walked in the door and saw the breathtaking views! The kitchen had everything we needed to make amazing meals and drinks, there were plenty of boogie boards & chairs for the beach and (the best part) the porch was perfect for dining and relaxing. We had the best time!

Beyond expectations.

We typically visit different beaches every year for a vacation, but this was hands-down. The nicest house we have ever stayed in and the best all-around beach experience. There’s so much to do at this location that you may need to even spend more than a week. The house is perfect with a covered deck that allows you to essentially always be on the beach, plus it’s even better if you have children and you don’t have to stray far. In addition, it’s probably one of the better stock Kitchens we’ve ever stayed at and we were able to cook pretty much all of our meals here. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Perfect Vacation

We had yet another perfect vacation on Edisto Beach while staying at I-Land Style, our favorite house on the island! Our time always goes by so fast but it is always so wonderful. We spent most days on the beaching shelling and enjoying the beautiful sunshine. Sunrises and sunsets on the island from our deck at I-Land Style are just the best ever. We also enjoyed an evening dolphin watch tour conducted by Captain Bert from the marina, local shopping and a day in Charleston. We cooked most of our meals which is a breeze in the fabulously appointed kitchen at I-Land Style. Didn't get as many pictures this year simply because we were too busy enjoying ourselves to think about it. Until next year!

This is our happy place!!

Delightful vacation location

This 4-bedroom, 2-bath house is not only on the beach but also only six houses from the only grocery store on Edisto Island. Five adults and two children enjoyed themselves immensely both on the beach and in the house. The house is family-oriented with plenty of couches and chairs and has a fully covered deck with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. We are already planning our next vacation here.

Best view and very clean house.

This house was amazing, very clean and perfect for our family!!! The porch was so much fun with beautiful views mornings and evenings. The house was very comfortable and we would definitely book again. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to prepare any type of meal you would like and having two refrigerators was such a plus. All the appliances were new and very quiet which is a plus when you have a toddler on vacation with you. There are plenty of beach boards and games to use. I was very surprised to like the beach here so much because we are use to wider beaches but it wasn’t crowded at all, I even found a sand dollar right in front of the house! 5 stars all the way!!!

Best vacation!

This house is the best! The best views of anywhere we have ever stayed. First time to Edisto Beach and it did not disappoint. Very laid back but is exactly what we like. House is great location to grocery and resturants. WE didnt want to leave. We will be back for sure! oh yea, house was very clean and had everything we needed. Porch was awesome.

Seaside Home Away from Hiome

This open concept home with comfortable beds and furnishings is a perfect place to gather with family and friends. The beach is steps away for easy access. Watch the kids on the beach from the large deck. It's a peaceful, low key, low stress way to relax. The icing on the cake? Being able to walk to the stores, restaurant, coffee and ice cream shop!

Beachfront was beautiful!

Property was very well laid out, lots of sleeping space, the windows didn’t work too well, there were no screens on the windows and no screen door, check in process was a little rocky as the code didn’t work but the rental company called me back right away. But the back deck and the view and the sound of the ocean more than made up for all of that👍

A spectacular rental

This has by far been one of our favorite rentals. The owner was very kind and accommodating. The house was spotless with an enormous deck overlooking the ocean. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, sand toys, beach chairs and lots of pretty party lights on the deck and below in the grill area. The kids loved the party lights and bunk beds. We had a fantastic time celebrating our fathers 81st birthday. Thank you to the hosts.

Awesome winter week on Edisto with friends and our pup!

This was our fifth vacation in the house, and each time we love it more. The property is well situated close to the grocery store and restaurants and, of course, directly on the most beautiful beach. We love waking up every morning and walking our dog on the beach, which, at this time of year, is very quiet. The covered porch is perfect for lounging and even has a gate that can be latched for safety of pets. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. The indoor and outdoor furniture is stylish and comfortable, and the television in the family room is huge and offers many channels. The house is well-suited for a family or for couples. We'll be back next year!

Perfect Family Week at the Beach

We have come to Edisto Beach every summer for a few years and it never disappoints. This is our first time saying at the I-Land Style and hope it is our first of many summers staying here. The house is perfect and has everything you need to unplug and recharge. The kitchen had more than expected pots, pans, utensils, dish ware, etc. Most comfortable beds we have ever had at a renal (in fact we are taking notes for our next mattress). And best of all, perfect location to step outside and be right on the beach with sandy toes. We enjoyed countless hours on the beach and on the covered porch—- reading, dolphin watching, playing games, and spending time with each other. Most of all, enjoyed this week with those I love most! With four bedrooms, me and my hubby, our daughter and her partner, and our other daughter and her bestie had plenty of space. We also loved the house is pet friendly and our fur baby enjoyed this week maybe as much as we did. Would 100% recommend the I-Land Style without hesitation and hope to stay here next year. Thank you for opening you house. I leave with a full heart and treasured memories.

Read the fine print!!

This house was in a great location and very clean, which I appreciated. However, I didn’t realize we had to bring linens until about an hour before we began driving to the beach (I should’ve read the dozen emails they sent within a day of booking, I know, but I didn’t!) and so we were left scrambling to pack the many things that they refuse to provide, including toilet paper! Also, we did not have any king sheets, so requested them 9 hours before check in, and they said they tried to find some for us but couldn’t
thus we could not even use the master bedroom. The other ocean view room had such an uncomfortable bed that we ended up moving into the other bedroom, so listened to street noise rather than the ocean as we slept. They didn’t even provide clothes hangers. I was very disappointed and will not be back. I feel like the price of the place does not equal what you get out of it.
