This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom split level condo is situated within the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea. Your stay at Sandpiper A-3A will be a beach vacation you will never forget! Step into this beach rental to find all the comforts and conveniences of home. Enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals from the unit's full kitchen, equipped with major appliances and cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the kitchen bar, in the dining room area, or from your private balcony. Guests will enjoy lounging in the living room area, which features large furnishings, flatscreen television, and complimentary wireless Internet. This unit also features a washer & dryer to handle any laundry needs during your beach vacation. Unit is accessible by elevator and parking is located under the building on the ground floor. 

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 8 guests and include:
-Master Bedroom: 1 King bed and attached bath. 
-Guest Room 1: 2 Twin beds and attached bath.
-Guest Room 2: 2 Twin beds, 1 Double bed and attached bath.

Litchfield is wonderful. The views from the unit are spectacular. The check in and check out process was a little frustrating. Generic automated communucations through VRBO from a management company were not always accurate. Delayed checkin and having to drive back to front desk for keys was inconvenient and trash and dirty linens were left in the doorway entrance to the unit for 2 days. We had a small "loaner" fridge that was not in the kitchen, and the placement impeded use of the dining room table and bar stools. It had no ice maker or ice requiring another trip to the store. At check in Friday we were given a gate code for the beach and pool access that was changed Saturday morning without notification. The place could have been cleaner and the master mattress needs replacing. Overall the Litchfield complex is wonderful. We had a great time.

Gorgeous view. Very spacious, particularly the main bedroom with its own veranda and the living room. The furniture on both verandas was plentiful, in good shape and comfortable. Very quiet end unit. Each bedroom having an attached bath plus a powder room on the first level was very nice. Well-stocked kitchen. Great, clean resort close to shopping and dining. Easy beach and pool access. Beautiful beach. Convenient location and beautifully kept grounds. Plenty of convenient parking. We were grateful we could stay during the summer without having to book a full week. Didn’t realize from the listing that this unit is 2 stories, with the bedrooms upstairs. Having a fridge in the dining area because the one in the kitchen didn’t work was inconvenient. We would have preferred if the door to the downstairs veranda had a lock and if the water in the powder room sink was more than a faint trickle. The carpets were visibly stained in multiple areas and showing their age. The shower in the main bath was super narrow to enter and some larger adults might not fit through the door. We were only given one trash bag for our entire stay and no laundry detergent. The bedding on the main bed was the wrong size, making it difficult for 2 adults to share and it kept coming undone. The air vents need to be cleaned and the unit as a whole could use fresh paint and updating.

Spring Break Get-Away

We had a good trip. We were looking for something with easy access to the beach. We had plenty of room. The building is dated but the condo was nice.

Close to beach. Nice views from balcony. Nice common pool. Nice Master suite.

Overall good place. Kitchen, bathrooms and mattresses are could use some updating. Carpet appeared new.
