This early 1900's apartment is walking distance from Saint Louis Science center & southeast forest park!. BJC hospital is across the street. Just a short 9 minutes drive to get to downtown St.Louis. It has a dedicated private parking as well as ample street parking.
This apartment was rehabbed with a modern furnishing. It is located on a quiet street, yet it is walking distance to hustle and bustle of the central west-end and grove restaurants and bars. Saint Louis science center is only 10 minute walk and forest park is 15 minute walk.
SPECIAL CHECK-IN Instructions: At Check-In we require booker to be present with a valid government issued ID and Valid Credit Card for incidentals. The check-in takes places at our sister property, The WestEnd, located at 4215 Lindell Blvd St Louis, Mo. 63108
PET FEES: If you are bringing a pet, we will be adding $25 per night pet rent.
Once you send a booking request, we will be sending you a request for additional pet rent before your arrival. (this can also be paid at check-in)

1. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over , you must get pre authorization from us. Violations will result in immediate cancellation. 2. No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied to your credit card if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. 3. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 4. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.
