1. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over , you must get pre authorization from us. Violations will result in immediate cancellation. 2. No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied to your credit card if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. 3. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 4. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. 5. At check-in, we require the booker to be present with the Govt Issued ID and valid credit card for incidentals.
