Located high above Tamarack Village off the Serenity ski run, King's Estate offers the guest privacy with very few surrounding homes and mountain and lake vistas. Step outside during the summer months for easy access to hiking and mountain biking. During the winter, watch the skiers off the main deck while enjoying the outdoor fireplace and oversized hot tub.
Located less than a mile from Tamarack's marina for boating, paddleboard and jet ski rental and lakeshore enjoyment as well as the Osprey Meadows Golf Course. Walking distance (downhill) to the main village for shopping, dining and entertainment year-round. The home boasts two game rooms filled with card table/chips, pool table, shuffleboard table and ping-pong. Gas fireplaces located on the entry level in the pool room, Great Room, apartment, and master bedroom- all adding to that cozy mountain feel during the winter months. An outdoor gas fireplace for summer roasting marsh mellows and cool evenings and apres-ski.
The home comfortably sleeps 12 with three sleeper sofas, and four bedrooms - each with their own ensuite full baths. An indoor sauna can be used year-round to ease those activity aches and pains.
The gourmet kitchen boasts plenty of housewares to make a full house comfortable. Guests can gather at the 20-foot-long breakfast bar while keeping the cook company. A dining table seats ten with a second table seating four, and an alcove high table seating another four. Two bars seat eight.
A mini kitchen with a microwave is located above the apartment with a dining table for four. The apartment allows multi-families privacy and space offering a living room, fireplace, huge bath with jetted-soaker tub and walk in shower. Two twin beds and a sleeper sofa are located in the apartment. The apartment does have a separate entrance yet is connected to the kitchen on the main house by a short indoor hallway.
The entry-level of the home has a pool room with fireplace, TV, and bar. It also has a sleeper sofa with a jack-n-jill bathroom connected to the double queen bedded room. The queen bedroom room has a TV, desk, and sitting area.
The main level of the home has a great room, kitchen, dining, sauna, full bath, multi door access to the decks as well as a king bedded room with TV and full bath. This level connects to the apartment. The upstairs floor has the master suite with king bed, sitting area, fireplace, private office, and full bath with jetted tub and walk in shower. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the tub while enjoying the flow through the fireplace. Master suite has its own deck with forest and ski run views. The loft/sitting area has a sleeper sofa. TVs located in the master, office and sitting area.
This home is fit for royalty or a perfect family retreat. You are guaranteed to enjoy your time at this special property!

This is a non-refundable property.
There are exterior cameras that record motion and sound. Cameras cover the front of the home.
No pets. No smoking. No parties. No events. No fireworks.
There is a beautiful front wrap-around deck with a gas fire pit that is available only in the summer.
No garage parking. No street parking. No trailers.
We want you to have fun and enjoy your time here. This is easier if you know the rules ahead of time. Riding ATVs on Tamarack Resort is not allowed by guests. If you are bringing "toys" (ATVs, scooters, boats, etc.) you will need to leave them in the Aspen Parking lot at the entrance to the resort and ride them off the resort from there. There are registration forms on the sign at the entrance to Aspen. Please make sure you look at the sign to determine where you should park. The parking lot is monitored by Security both by staffed vehicles and by cameras.
This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a longer stay depending upon the season and holiday.
Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week before arrival.
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all Donnelly and Tamarack Resort ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a wood fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities, and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
