We stayed in Feb 2023, 6 friends in our 30s. The location is amazing, right next to the Pleney lift, the bus to Avoriaz and the best bars and restaurants in Morzine. Only downside is noise - we did hear revellers during the night a couple of times when the clubs closed but this didn't really bother us - we were fine to deal with this for the great location.
The apartment itself is brand new and well decorated. Lovely furnishings and everything you could need for self catering including coffee machine. It is not the biggest apartment we've stayed in in Morzine (the bedrooms are a little small without much storage space), but again this is a quid pro quo for the great location.
Great secure ski locker/boot room in the basement just for the apartment.
Only had 1 issue which was no hot water one morning but rang the agent and this was rectified very quickly (I understand the boiler supplies the whole building not just the apartment so it was a wider issue but very quickly fixed).
All in all an amazing trip and great location if you want to be close to the skiing and nightlife.
The apartment is nice with high quality appliances. The kitchen was not very clean when we took possession. We received one cleaning as per contract but it was poorly done. Beddings were not replaced for the two weeks. It was impossible to sleep for the whole stay as the appartment is not very sound proof. There were people screaming on the street all night. Loud music was playing all evening until the early hours every day from the restaurants down the street. The appartment above us was rented out to Brits who played loud music and screaming on top of their lungs until 3-4 am every night of our two weeks stay. There were also loud car and motorcycle revvings all night. It's too bad as the appartment is very nicely furnished and close to the chairlift. It's great if you don't need any sleep on your vacation.
