Riverside pagoda awaits, nestled on the unpredictable salmon river on a private dirt road. From your tent or sleeping. pad set on the finished wood floor, relax to the continuous sound of rushing or babbling water and occasional thump of a pinecone falling on the pitched roof. Then, as the sun slowly rises over Hunchback Mountain, when you try to read in the daytime, both you and your faithful dog at your feet are suddenly surprised by a landing flock of Canadian geese. Latrine has flush toilet but no shower or tub. Hot and cold water available in season. Ten private acres surround the property and rarely our neighbors are home. Property owner lives in the 1930âs cabin on-site.
Really peaceful, clean & quiet, delightful get away spot often enjoyed by repeat guests. Please do not plan to be joined by other visitors and respect the quiet after dark. Limit of two persons, two dogs, one car. Good place for riverside hiking, thinking, writing, reading, romance and tranquility. It is kind of nice to have several 150 ft giant rain forest trees for shade and mossy rocks for reflection.
