Isles of Capri is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and let the sights, sounds and smell of salt air soothe your mind, body and soul. It is our pleasure to share, with you, our humble home-"Reel Relaxation".

This immaculate, quaint, newly renovated 1,500 square feet, single family, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath home on the water with carport, boat dock and boat lift. The house comes fully equipped with everything you need to make an unforgettable vacation. Located in the heart of the 10,000 islands. Watch dolphin and manatees playing. This family-owned home features a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful coastal furniture, bathtub, walk-in shower, king size bed with top of the line mattress, a pull out couch in the living area, a beautiful queen bed in a cozy, upstairs spare bedroom, cold air conditioning and 3 large TVs. Bright tropical artwork, gorgeous custom white wood shutters, brand new furniture, dish washer, washer/dryer, linens and beach towels! Beach Chairs and an umbrella for your convenience for trips to the beach. An outside shower to rinse the saltwater from your hair and the sand from between your toes! The guest room is located up stairs with a large walkout balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. A huge backyard with 4 large colorful, Adirondack chairs to bask in the sun or enjoy family conversation. The BOAT DOCK includes Fish cleaning table, outside sitting area and gas grill. This cozy, tropical home has instant access to the Gulf of Mexico, the 10,000 islands and breathtaking sunsets! Only a boat ride up the canal to the island's infamous "Island Gypsy" known for entertainment, delicious seafood and happy hour. A golf cart friendly neighborhood (feel free to bring your own). Sidewalks for exercising, family bike rides, a children's playground right around the corner from the house - within walking distance! Kayaking, marinas, water sports rentals, boat rentals, charter fishing and so much more! A "Reel Relaxing" vacation perfect for the entire family. Isles of Capri is a tropical island only 1 mile from Marco Island! Fish the 10,000 islands! Enjoy Naples only 20 minutes to downtown from the house for sophisticated shopping and 5 star dining! Our area is notorious for its white sandy beaches, world class fishing, boating and fantastic golf courses! Fantastic home and owners!

Even with tropical storm Elsa coming through we had a great time at this wonderful home. Matt and Nikki are such gracious and helpful hosts, I can't say enough good things about them. The home itself is like new and right on some good fishing. We loved it here and look forward to returning!

Perfect family getaway!

The property was super cute situated in a neighborhood that is not overly developed yet there were a few restaurants we could walk to that had great food, outside waterfront seating and music. Loved being able to walk out the back porch patio to kayak in the canal. Close to beach and Marco Island. Owners were so helpful and kind. We had a wonderful time.

Relaxing, quiet and convenient

Excellent modernized home in a quiet neighborhood on the water with access to the bays. Fun for paddle boarding and kayaking with numerous dolphin siting's. The home is comfortable and perfect for a small family. Very helpful owners with prompt answers to any questions. Would recommend.

This was the most well-appointed vacation home we've ever been in. I'm so grateful for Matt and Nikki sharing it with our family. We ate every meal looking out at the water, enjoying the sunroom, loving the view. This was the most perfect place. ***10,000 stars***

Great Vacation Place

Wow, we loved this place! The house is nicely decorated, everything was brand new and clean. We had a great time there, it is a very relaxing and beautiful place. The boat lift worked very well for our 21 foot boat as well. The canal was wide enough, just be aware of the fact that it gets quite shallow at low tide. The owners Nikki and Matt were kind and responsive, the neighbors were very nice, too. Our family travels a lot so we have seen enough to compare and I can honestly say this was one of the best places we have stayed at. I highly recommend this place!

Isle of Capri.

We rented for three weeks. Great little renovated Florida cottage. Comfortably fits 4 people. Very clean and nicely decorated. New bathrooms and kitchen. Great location quiet neighborhood great backyard over looking a canal. Walking distance to several great restaurants. We had Dolphins and Manatees come for a visit. First time we rented this home. We will definitely rent again.

Quiet and relaxing!

This house is adorable! So tastefully done! It had everything we needed. We took full advantage of the kayaks and boat lift for our rented boat. The neighborhood was great for walking and biking, with 3 restaurants within 2/10 of a mile! Would definitely stay again

We’re a family of four with two amazing kids who share our love for the outdoors. You’ll often find us fishing, hunting, or exploring the beautiful Everglades, which we consider our playground.
