From the moment you walk in the door, you will be captivated by the beautiful bay views. Features include three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious floor plan, quartz counters, a large kitchen, a big tv and comfortable furnishings. The screen enclosed lanai, provides plenty of lounging area around the heated, swimming pool. Lush, tropical landscaping surrounds the property and encompasses the backyard where you are guaranteed to see lots of birds, dolphins, manatees and other wildlife playing all day, everyday. On the waters edge you will find a tiki hut, where you can relax in the shade while enjoying your favorite drink, after soaking in the sun all day.

One of the most unique features of this property is the huge boat house and observation deck. It’s where you will find yourself constantly hanging out, mesmerized by truly unforgettable sunsets and the panoramic views of the Gulf, Marco Island, Keewaydin Island Beach and all the surrounding waters. You are welcome to bring your boat and tie up by our dock, the house has direct-access to the Gulf of Mexico. Our area is a mecca for boating, fishing, diving and all water sports enthusiasts. Grab your rods and jump on your boat to experience world class fishing inshore and offshore. There are lots of great beaches and fishing spots around for you to take advantage of, no matter what the weather conditions are. You can head into the Gulf for some offshore action or kick back, relax and the cruise local waters, where you are sure to enjoy the natural beauty, peacefulness and tranquility of the world renown, 10,000 islands. We also have amazing kayaking and paddle boarding all around us. Drop in behind the house for a quick paddle to Cannon Island where you can walk the beach or go to the Capri Paddle Park which is located at the entrance to Isles of Capri. There you will find endless mangrove tunnels and trails for you to explore and navigate.

If boating and fishing is not your thing, have no worries. Close by you will find lots of other activities to keep you busy, including several public golf courses, Naples Pickleball Center which has over 60 courts, Paradise Coast Sports Complex, hiking trails, bowling, movie theaters and a couple of water parks for those hot days when the kids want to play. In addition to the all the charter boats on Capri, there are several places near by to rent boats, jet skis, golf carts and even a dive shop, to make sure you have everything you need for the perfect vacation.

Our area is famous for its white sand beaches, world class fishing, amazing boating and fantastic golfing. We are part of Rookery Bay Preserve which means no matter where you are, you will see lots of Dolphins, manatees and pelicans that live here and are always passing by or putting on a show. Being here is like having front row seats at Sea World. You never know what you will see and anything is possible. Explore the public beaches in Marco Island or Naples Pier only 20 min by car or by boat. Rent Boat, kayaks, bikes, golf cart and fishing gear near by, simply ask host for list of Information for guests. This house accommodation is for no more than 5 people comfortably, including children.
