Welcome to paradise. From the moment you walk in you will be captivated by the gorgeous view of Tarpon Bay. This lovely three bedroom home has been completely updated, sparing no expense. Features include a Brick paved driveway, professional landscaping and an open floor plan that leads to the big back yard and heated swimming pool. You can fish off the brand new dock or relax in the sun as you watch dolphins play and the boats pass by. This home has everything you need. The only thing you have to do is bring your toothbrush and suntan lotion. Isles of Capri is a tropical island that boasts an abundance of wildlife, four great restaurants and three marinas. Located one mile from Marco Island & only 20 minutes away from Downtown Naples with its sophisticated shopping & five star dining. Our area is famous for its white sand beaches, world class fishing & boating and fantastic golfing. Capri is the perfect place to sit back, relax and unwind.
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathroom, with heated pool and screen cover porch, 3 smart Tv's, laundry and spacious kitchen.
Overlooking the bay and the Famous Island Gypsy Restaurant. Driveway for 4 cars.

THE VIEW???? Bay and mangroves, manatees, dolphins, all types of fishing right off the dock! You'll never tire of watching the dolphins and manatees play as boats pass by your home. Located on Isles of Capri in Naples, minutes to the beaches of Keewaydin & Marco Island.

Our Location: Isles of Capri is an amazing laid-back island with 4 great restaurants nearby and convenient to all amenities of Naples and Marco Island. Marina nearby to rent a boat, kayaks, paddle boards or jet skis. Dive shop only 15 min away for dive gear and fishing rentals. Charter Captains nearby to spend a day on the water and bring home the "Catch of The Day!” (Our restaurants offer a service to cook your catch!)

Whether you want to cruise the open water or kick back and catch some fish, catch some excitement on a jet ski or unwind with a round of golf, or just relax and read a good book, this is the place that can handle it all!

The place was so nice!! Very peaceful and such a nice place in a quiet little island. Very close ( walking distance) to three restaurants and bars to go eat and have a drink. Thank you for the great family vacation!

Just like advertised

Lovely remodeld home on the water, the ad is right - able to watch the dolphins everyday. We enjoyed the fishing right of the dock, having restaurants in walking distance and being able to quickly get to other adventures around Marco Island and Naples. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, even got to enjoy the Christmas eve golf cart parade.

What a beautiful property and stay! Good fishing, swimming, dolphin watching, and relaxing! Highly recommended! Only gripe would be the sheets need to be updated and the twin beds are extremely uncomfortable.

My family of four had an awesome time. This house was spotless and well stocked. Quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly. Loved the boat dock and daily viewing wildlife. Our boys spent most of their time fishing, swimming and napping. Perfect getaway from busy day to day life.

Isles of Capri

House was impeccable and well situated. The house is also well equipped with utensils, pots, and all you could possibly think of. The dock was super convenient. Snooks Inn restaurant is right around the corner (on boat) and delicious. The property manager was super attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back and for a longer period of time.

Wonderful rental

This house is definitely a gem!!! The weather was not ideal but the heated pool made our kids very happy. No matter the weather they were swimming for hours a day! We loved watching the dolphins right on the dock. The house was mostly stocked with all your essentials. Beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer was very convenient. This house was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in, even my husband mentioned how clean the bbq grill was! We will definitely be back! Also Evelim from the management company was very helpful and responded very quickly with any questions we had.

Great vacation even better in person then the pictures

My wife and I and our 3 kids 18, 15, 11 love the home so much. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to have an excellent vacation. We were given great suggestions for things to do and were to go. If you can afford it rent a boat for a couple of days and dock right at the home(gator boats was recommended by the owners and were a pleasure to deal with)The property manager was great, she called to checked on us through out the week and she was quick to responsed and correct a problem (the only problem) with the electric lock. The back dock and pool are just amazing. The sunrises were stunning and we saw dolphins everyday. My son and I had a great time fishing, we got snappers, reds, lady fish, and a couple sharks. Capri is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Marco Beach is only a ten minute drive away. When we plan to come to south west Florida again, this will be the place we will stay.

Fantastic home, excellent quiet location

This home leaves nothing to be desired. Our group of moms and teenage daughters thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Isle of Capri. The home is on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. We watched dolphins play off the dock - even under the dock! The highlights of our trip was renting a boat in Naples and boating from Naples to the home, tying off on the dock to grab snacks and drinks for the ride back. There are three great restaurants within walking distance to grab dinner, drinks and apps. All have that island casual vibe. Marco Island and beaches are a 10-15 minute drive. The pool and dock are great places to relax and we spent a few of our days just enjoying the home itself. There were beach towels and coolers provided as well as paper towels, bath tissue, and the kitchen has many of the necessities such as plastic bags, coffee and pantry items. Overall, an excellent home and location and a place we would stay again.

Great Property!

Property and location was great - clean and perfect for our family. Great communication and experience with the host. We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the deck and loved watching the dolphins! We were sad to leave and return to reality!

Another February in Paradise on Isles of Capri

The weather was near perfect for three weeks. The views and time in the pool and on the deck will provide memories for years to come. The house was extremely clean and well taken care of but we have learned any property that Eve is in charge of will be that way. We plan to come back every year for the foreseeable future. Great, relaxing vacation.

Everything was great, host communication, clean house, pictures don't do it justice. We rented a boat for the week and location made it possible to go by the home several times per day to cool off with a dip in the pool with views of Isle of Capri Marina, We will be back!

Fabulous!!

My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!! The house and property were extremely clean and have everything you could need. The pool is dreamy and so is the view! We really enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the dolphins daily. We even saw a parade of manatees swim by and it was a real treat! The local restaurants that you can walk to were great. We truly felt like we were in the comfort of our own home and we did not want to leave! We will definitely be back!

Extraordinary Property!

We cannot say enough good about this property and Evelim the property manager! The location is perfect; we enjoyed fishing off the dock, watching dolphins and birds in the bay and rented a pontoon through the Isles of Capri Marina that enabled us to explore the area. The pool was wonderful and we spent every meal eating in the lanai. The kitchen is well-appointed and has everything you may need. It’s a short drive into Marco or Naples for anything you may need (but don’t overlook the little produce stand near the Island Gypsy for fresh and reasonable produce!). This property is worth more than five stars and we hope to be back!
