Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo available in the heart of Naples! Located near the corner of Airport Pulling Rd and Pine Ridge, this second-floor condo is centrally located and close to everything, including Target, grocery stores, beauty salons, banks, gas stations, and gyms. The spacious 1660 sq ft layout includes three large bedrooms—a queen-size bed in the first, a bunk bed with a full-size mattress and twin on top in the second, and a king-size bed in the master bedroom. It features a spacious living room and an open bar concept connecting the dining area to the kitchen. Enjoy the convenience of large closets, in-unit laundry, and a screened lanai.

The master bathroom includes a shower, while the guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. Beach toys and chairs are available to borrow for days out at nearby Seagate beach or the Naples Grand Beach Resort & Spa, just 3 miles away.

Please note that commercial trucks are not permitted in the parking area to ensure a quiet and enjoyable stay for all guests.

Additionally, tenants have access to the amenities at Saturnia Lakes Community, including the pool area, sauna, gym, and tennis courts, which is just a 15-minute drive away. A key fob will be provided for entry.

Lovely condo, clean and convenient

The condo offered a lot of room, lots of storage space and was nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped. It was in walking distance to the tennis facility our daughter was attending. The host answered all our questions in timely matter. Great stay!

Tennis tournament

The condo was complete with many amenities and was very convenient. Dejan was responsive to my requests for information. He offered access to a pool and hot tub. The TV was a little hard to operate and it was difficult to find network programming. The overall experience was very pleasant and extremely convenient.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who would like to be near great restaurants/bars/beach. The neighborhood was nice and the space was very clean. We enjoyed sitting out in the screened-in porch room. Very pleased overall with our stay.

Wonderful experience

Ça The apartment is very beautiful, the beddings are very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms are very well equiped so that it made our stay very comportable. We spent very nice family time at the beach thanks to all beach equipments avalaible at the apartment for the whole family. We appreciated the communication with the owners. A great condo worth staying

After planning a business trip to Naples, I started looking for a place to stay. Two of my friends heard about my trip and joined me for a few days in an effort to check out Naples for a retirement home. The condo was perfectly located, it was close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and the airport. The condo is well decorated, spacious, the bedrooms are big and well designed for when you have people watching tv and others go to bed. The kitchen is good sized and having a full-sized washer and dryer makes life very nice for longer trips. The community grounds are well lush, green and well maintained. The windy drive throughout the community is beautiful. Suggestion (unrelated to the owners or the condo): drive carefully through the community for people walk on both sides of the road; usually in the mornings. Just be careful for there are no sidewalks along the road. The owners were extremely responsive and helped identify beaches, places to eat and shop. There are amazing restaurants in Naples that are just minutes away. I highly recommend this location and the owners! I will be back!
