A deck off the main space has a Green Egg grill and seating area to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun come up over the bay. Views of Twin Peaks, Sutro Tower, SF Bay, Eureka Valley. Access to shared backyard with hot tub.

Neighborhood: Walking distance (10-15 min) to several lively neighborhoods (Cole Valley, Castro, Haight Ashbury) but in a quiet, residential, leafy neighborhood with views around every turn. 5-10 min walk to several wonderful outdoor spaces: Buena Vista Park, Corona Heights Park, Sutro Forest.

Getting around: Easy street parking (no permit required). Located on or near several Muni (bus) lines. Wonderful place from which to take walks to enjoy the city and views. Walkable to nearby neighborhoods for dinner or coffee.
