Great Place

One minor glitch with the door code, but had it addressed in, literally, seconds. The place was clean and location was awesome. Easy beach access and sunrises were incredible. It was also very quiet for a large complex. Highly reccommend it.

Great view!

My husband, son and myself had a wonderful stay. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the keurig coffee maker as we’re still adjusting to daylight savings. We plan to come back and, hopefully, reserve 1206 again. The view is just beautiful!!!

No AC it was broken and it was hot! View is beautiful and unit was clean.

Over all it was ok. Location to the beach was great the view was great as well. The unit was clean, but we had no ac and it was very hot. So a vacation to relax did not happen. The out door pools were closed the whole time. The indoor pool closed for 2 days out of a 5 day stay due to over use. Leaving no place to relax out of the sun. The board walk to the beach made it easy access. So over all it was just ok. Not sure if we will go back here.

Unable to take trip due to Hurricane Ian and Property Owner informed us that the facility was closed. Owner would not give a refund. Instead offered to book another time, We booked a new trip for 7-1-2023/07-4-2023. Upon arrival at unit on July 1st 2023 the unit had no Air Conditioning and was not inhabitable. Owner was not able to fix and we were not able to stay the entire time due to the unit conditions. No Refund Offered

Not a resort but exactly as advertised

This is the second time we stayed in this room as a family. Clean, stocked, and ready for arrival. It has as good of a view of the marsh and beach as you're going to get on HHI without renting a home. Pool, bar, boardwalk are all fantastic. I say its not a resort because it is an HOA. Each room is owned and managed by the Owner themselves, not the property manager. There are designated smoking areas that are not required to be used. The room next to us was smoking pot. The property managers could/would not do anything about it since the Owner has the right to do so. Vrbo would not provide information about how to check into our room and we were not allowed onsite because Hilton Head Resort did not know about our arrival. Took about 20 minutes to get that straightened out. All in all, id stay here again. Last year was flawless so chalk it up to the one bad neighbor in the complex.

Great place to stay

We love Hilton Head Resort! This condo was close to beach on Bldg 1. The indoor pool in Bldg 3 is a blessing if it rains.

We love the view!

This is our third time staying at this resort but first time at this condo. The condo is very nice and clean. The view to watch the sunrise is amazing! We always enjoy our stay at HHI!

Amazing rental

We really enjoyed our stay! Great room location! Loved having the storage on the bottom level and the availability of the beach supplies. It was nice to have somewhere to store them without having to track sand to the room with the kids toys, fishing rods and etc. Ron was amazing to work with...fast responses and gave us the information for the condo ahead of time and without having to request info. Definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Easy Spot to Enjoy Great Beaches

Good landing spot to enjoy beautiful beaches. The resort is great- east walk to the beach and option of large pool too. Amenities in this specific condo were pretty basic- especially in the kitchen.

A ladies getaway

The condo was perfect…clean, comfortable and great location/view. The property itself is a bit tired, needing updates to the pool area, elevators, ground level storage “cages”. Communication with Ron was stellar and he was most helpful with any and all questions regarding the condo and the island.

Great Value for the stay

The apartment was clean and better stocked then you expect from a rental. Beach gear wand in the locker with room to store additional items we brought (including a double stroller). Didn’t attract a roudy crowd so kids slept great without people making a bunch of noise at night. Balcony was great to drink some wine, read a book, and watch the day start and end.

Enjoyed our stay

First mother/daughter vacation at HHI. Condo was nice & exactly as pictured. Loved the short walk to the beach. Great view from the balcony. Well stocked kitchen even though I don’t cook while on vacation. Only thing missing was a full size mirror…every female wants to see how she looks before leaving the room :)

Great seaside property

The property was clean, well-stocked, and was just like it appeared in the pictures. The ocean view from the back bedroom was great! Ron was responsive and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay!

Incredible view

We loved our stay and would stay in this location again! Quiet, peaceful with an incredible view from the balcony. The beach was not busy and went on forever!

Perfect Sunrise from Balcony

Condo was nice and clean. All I could need at the beach. Short walk across the boardwalk to the ocean and Coco's. The balcony was great for watching the sunrise with a coffee. Would recommend.

Cozy spot in excellent location

Beautiful View

This condo had a beautiful view of the marsh and ocean from the balcony! It was centrally located and well equipped with the basics (make sure to bring spices, salt, pepper, coffee, etc) with you or plan to purchase as it is not provided. It was nice to have the option of the indoor or outdoor pools depending on weather. Loved walking the beach each day! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!
