Great stay! Kitchen with everything you could need. A couple issues the first few days with hot tub heat but owners had pool repair out within hours. Highly recommend! Will be back!

Arizona Dream

We loved the Avalon house! The pool, spa, and the outdoor patio was great! Wedid a lot of cooking at the house and the kitchen was stocked fairly well. Overall, we would rent this place again if we visit Lake Havasu again!

Beautiful and comfortable home

This is a great home for all ages! Our family enjoyed our week long stay. The kids loved the pool, putt putt golf and the ping pong. The beautiful patio was large enough for all of us and we spent most of our time there. The kitchen has everything needed to cook for a large family which we very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoy a lot this wonderful house, It has everything you and your family need to have an incredible stay.!! The lake was only a few minutes away from us driving. We would definitely go back to this incredible house.

Home is spacious and comfortable. Everything was equipped in kitchen. The pool is exactly as pictured. Spa is very relaxing, paid to have it heated. Perfect for evenings to hang out and enjoy the sunset. I had a great stay...

Fantastic Home for a Family Trip

A well appointed home in a nicer area. The real gem of this home is the beautiful infinity pool and spa with a lake view. Everything was super clean and ready to use. Our teens and family enjoyed a wonderful stay and will most certainly be back.

They charge extra for the pool and spa to be heated, recommend they just add it to the price of rental rather than upsell you after you book.

Since some times of year do not require heating, we do try to inform everyone in advance via the website and in our agreements that heating costs are extra to our discounted rates listed. Of course, we also want to be as 'green' as possible and only use propane heating system when guests desire this extra feature. Thank you again

We had a great time. The house and pool area are well maintained. Beautiful view of the lake day and night. The house is nicely Furnished with many games and tvs. AC works great. Much needed during the high temps.

Great for multi-family vacation

The house was very spacious and accomodating for our 4 family vacation. The view was awesome and the pool is huge. There was a very small issue with ants around the stove top, but the owner was very responsive and had ant traps/bait sent over immediately. Also, we wish the floor around the pool wasn't so slippery when wet. We ended up laying towels down around the perimeter to prevent slips. Other than that, the house was great!

Take the good with the bad

Nice place to stay, fun activities as listed. Kitchen is nice but expected to have more than a set of 6 silverware for a listing advertised to hold a large group. Also, owner controls the pool and spa’s heat and requires extra pymt prior to usage. Then must notify over phone to turn on when ready to use. Not convenient for a large family

Future guests, please see our many other 5 star reviews for realistic comments, as this guest omitted several details. We do keep silverware for 12+, but the new cleaner did not put them up properly. Also, we do Not require phone call for each spa use - unless someone breaks the controller, as in this instance. And sadly the guest decided to let their family use rocking chairs as 'acrobatic bars' and broke 2 chairs that cost $600 to replace. The other reviews clearly show this home is ready for your Large family/group. Please contact us if you have any questions for your trip!

Great property with an awesome view!

The Avalon was our home base for 4 days of boating and off roading in the hills around LHC. Great property for couples (there were 8 of us total) and plenty of parking, use of the garage was a bonus. Home would work well for families too. We weren’t looking for a property with a pool, thinking that we would have plenty of activities to keep us busy. But the pool was amazing! It was great to come home to after a long day out. House was well stocked and equipped, owner was attentive to our needs and responded promptly to our questions. Highly recommended.

Not true. Notice the 5 * reviews just before and after this guest. Not sure why they want to mislead others on this amazing home. We even refunded heating fee to try to make them happy when they complained about the 60 degree windy weather making the pool “feel cool”, but to no avail. And they left an extra big mess for us to clean up.

Beautiful pool and view

Our stay was great the pool and hot tub are not heated upon arrival understandably but I did request a day after and there was a bit of confusion maybe on my part I did pay after and they said the pool was turned on it never got above 63 I’m not sure there may have been a technical error but we still absolutely loved the property the host was easy to correspond with overall I give it an excellent rating and would definitely come back for our yearly trip.

Avalon lane

The house was perfectly clean and the views are amazing ! However , they are currently building a home right below it , on the same property, which they didn’t tell us . It made it difficult to find , construction was loud and workers were loud and If we would have known this was happening at the time we needed to book the house , we would have booked elsewhere . It is a beautiful home tho- just wish they would have told us what was going on at the property.

We are so sorry for this situation. Unfortunately, we did not get any messages of your discomfort- so we could try to help. However, note that house is not part of this property and is a neighboring property - where we were told that the noise would be over before your arrival date. Maybe our last email that referred to this construction along with updated access info was missed. In any case, we will provide an extra 2 nights at no charge for a future stay with us. (From what we have been told and from the pictures we have seen, the loud noises are over now.)
