Welcome to Phoenix West! Phoenix West is located on the white, sandy beaches of Orange Beach, AL and is one of the premier condo complexes on the Gulf Coast. Phoenix West offers large and luxurious condos, and the complex is loaded with amenities. There is a Gulf front river with a water slide, a large outdoor pool, a kiddie pool that is perfect for the little ones, a large heated indoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a sauna, a top-of-the-line exercise facility, lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, covered parking, and more!
Phoenix West 1901 is a large 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom condo located on the Western corner on the 19th floor. Phoenix West 1901 is Gulf front and offer amazing views from the over-sized corner balcony. The huge Master bedroom has a King bed, a private balcony, and a large flat screen TV. The Master bedroom also has a private bathroom that has a sit-down Jacuzzi tub and also a separate shower. Guest bedroom 1 has a King bed. There is also a large closet, a private balcony, and flat screen TV in this bedroom. This bedroom has a private bathroom. Guest bedroom 2 has a King bed, a large closet, a private balcony and also a flat screen TV. This room has a private bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. Guest Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin beds, a large closet, a private balcony, and a flat screen TV. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower in it.
This condo has a huge, open common area where you can enjoy breathtaking views from every angle because the entire area is covered in floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is full size and has all of the appliances you will need, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. The kitchen will be fully stocked with kitchen utensils, cookware, drinkware, flatware, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen area overlooks the living room and dining area and offers extra seating for 6 at the kitchen bar. The wet bar on the north side of the common area has an ice maker, a sink, and a blender and is a great place to make a refreshing cocktail. The dining area has a table that comfortably accommodates 8 people. The living room offers plenty of seating, as the condo has a alrge sectional sofa and 2 chairs. The large flat screen TV is perfect for watching the game or a good movie. Through the back of the living room area is a glass sliding door that takes you to the private and oversized balcony Again, this is a western corner condo so the balcony is Gulf front and overlooks the ocean, but it also has an unobstructed view towards the west, almost as far as you can see, so prepare to have your breath taken away!
