The facility was nice. Pool cleanliness could be improved upon, as there was an unusual amount of floating plant vegetation in the water. We previously stayed at the Oasis next door and I’d prefer to stay there on a return trip. Facility needs bar / dining to be better

Had a great experience! Check in was easy and quick. Room was clean and very nice! Everyone was very helpful and polite! The white sand beaches, lazy river, and pool were all perfect for our family! We couldn't have asked for any better and will certainly be back! 10 of 10 would recomend!!

Orange Beach 23

We had an AMAZING time! The views were breathtaking, and the indoor, outdoor pool(s), lazy river, and water slide were a hit with everyone! I can’t forget being steps away from the gorgeous white sand beach ocean. We were in a perfect location too, right by plenty of restaurants and things to do. We will definitely be back, next time with more family and friends.

Clean and comfortable

The only downside was the uncomfortable pillows on the master bed. We usually bring our own but forgot. The ones in the property felt like boulders.

Perfect Getaway Condo

The condo was beautiful, well appointed, pristine, and very, very quiet. We loved everything about it . They texted us a couple of hours early that I condo was ready and we could check in immediately! What a bonus! We really appreciated that. Highly recommend this condo to everyone!

Nice room unfortunately we were not informed that the air conditioning was not working. It was very warm. I would have liked to been given the choice to cancel rather than not being told and stuck with a very hot expensive room.

Good place

Stayed on 24th floor last year. Tried to get that room again but it was booked. This unit was available and I like the lower floor. Only complaint was the couch cushions kept sliding out from underneath the back cushions. It was uncomfortable. Otherwise great unit.

Fantastic!

Phoenix West condo complex is fantastic! The condo we stayed in was pristine, welcoming, and sooo comfortable! The beds were very comfortable and the fully fitted kitchen had every utensil/dishes you would ever need. The condo amenities were just as well maintained as the condo itself. We had a sluggish toilet in the master bath and reported it to the customer service desk. Within only a few minutes there were maintenance crew members there to address the problem. The staff we met were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Our party of 4 adults could not have asked for a better experience, but with all that Phoenix West had to offer, I’m sure any group or family with children would find it just as delightful. Thank you!

Great beach location

Property was clean and the kitchen was outfitted with all cooking needs and dishes, but nothing else. The bedrooms did not have enough blankets but beds were comfortable. Wifi did not perform how we would have liked. No laundry detergent was there. one packet of dishwasher detergent, one trash bag, one roll of papertowel, one toilet paper per bathroom. For the money to rent this place it wouldve been nice to have some of that, even though the ad does mention to bring extra, it was hassle to buy all of those things as they do not come in small quantity :(

Beautiful place and location, gorgeous view. For the price however, a few back up trash bags, paper products would be appreciated.
