Entire home including two car garage is available for your next desert vacation! Four Bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms are as follows: Master features a king bed with large 55" flat screen TV (Apple TV and Movies), private office workspace with two desks/two chairs, giant walk-in closet, and bathroom with walk-in shower, soak tub, and double vanity along with private door to side yard and sliding glass door to the pool area. Open the blinds for ease of your morning sunshine view coming from the east. Bedroom #2 has two queen beds, a private exit to the outdoor garden area, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom #3 is near the entertainment/pool table room and has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. Casita is next to the pool/spa area and has a king bed with 40" flat screen TV (Apple TV and Movies), private en-suite bathroom with shower. Additional half-bathrooms next to the entertainment/living room and outside by the pool area between the office and casita. Indoor and outdoor SONOS speaker system for music lovers including all bedrooms having their own individual SONOS .

Beautiful outdoor pool/entertainment area features a corner private spa area with canopy covering, huge 75ft long lap pool with large 18ft middle area and 10ft deep, waterfall fountain, and stone wading for shallow lounging. There is a large lava rock fire pit residing in front of the casita area to congregate around and share stories at night together. Three decorative blue pots full of glass with one having options gas fire and the other two capped. Spacious outdoor dining area with seating for eight. Lounge chairs and cushioned seating for ultimate entertaining comfort and entertaining.

The pool can be heated to a maximum 85 degrees upon request at a charge $70/per day preferably requested and with payment made in advance. Spa heat is complimentary. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool heat scheduling.

No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid periodic mid-cleanings are available during your stay.
