Blue Agave Villa has been completely remodeled in 2025. You will love how it seamlessly blends Old Florida charm with a fresh, mid-century modern design featuring clean lines and a stylish, contemporary feel.

Guests will enjoy include a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and two luxurious bedrooms with king and queen beds. For additional convenience there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Cable TV is provided in the living room and in each bedroom. There are two full baths, one with a walk in shower and one with a shower/tub combination.

Blue Agave Villa also has its own secluded front porch surrounded by beautiful tropical plants. You'll love relaxing in this botanical oasis. From the porch you can also take in the sights and sounds of the courtyard fountain. It's the most relaxing spot to enjoy a good book or unwind with a nice glass of wine. There is also a private back entrance with an outdoor shower.

The long-time owners of this amazing property have thought of everything you'll need for the perfect beach vacation. You may never want to leave the Villas but when you do venture out, the beach path is only steps away and there are several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

On the grounds you will also find a shared laundry facility with free washers and dryers for your convenience. The cottage also includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality luxury linens. We also provide plenty of bath and beach towels.

New for 2026, this amazing property now features a gym facility with free weights and exercise bike so you can stay in shape or work off that key lime pie!

The Island Garden Villas are composed of 6 individual and private cottages. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a large family get-together this is the ideal spot. You can rent one or all of the cottages. Perfect spot for destination wedding guests!

PET POLICY:

If you wish to bring a small dog please notify us. A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each pet you are bringing.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
