Charming Ground Level Resort Style 3unit condo unit B a few steps from the beach

Welcome to our newly updated ground level 2 beds/2bath unit B of the triplex located on the southern end of Holmes Beach, just a few steps from the beach(2-3min walk).There are no busy streets to cross and even footpath to the beach leading from the back of the property. We had minimal hurricane damage- just change flooring and updated furniture. There is a large shared. pool in the backyard as well as a separate patio and grill for each unit. You have the option to heat the pool. Your room charge covers the the pool temperature up to 75F. It’s additional $150 for week stay or less to heat the pool above 75F. Please let us know if you wish to heat the pool so we have it ready for your upcoming stay. Washer and dryer in each unit for your use. The property includes free wireless internet. Each unit has been updated and is comfortably furnished. We provide beach towels, beach chairs and beach trolley as well. Kitchen is fully equipped.I It's quiet, yet close to shopping, restaurants and trolley stops.

We had a great stay! House had everything we needed inside and out with lots of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a small cart. There was bit too much decor on the tables and countertops in my opinion (we have a toddler). It was SO nice to have a pool with outdoor shower and the path to the beach to avoid the busy front street. Would book again!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a great trip to Anna Maria Island! The vacation rental had everything we needed and the location was wonderful! The beach is very close to the property and it was really nice having a pool. Would definitely stay again.

Michaela does a great job with her properties. The place was very clean and exactly the size we needed. Loved having a pool and being so close to the ocean. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed staying. Was cozy and kitchen was well stocked. A few ceiling fans could improve air circulation. Really enjoyed the pool and how close to the beach we were!

Very Clean

Such lovely accommodations located just steps from the beach! Michaela is super nice and a great host. The home is very comfortable with furnishings and plenty of seating around the pool. The pool is shared with two other units, we had great neighbors who we enjoyed during our visit. I would definitely stay here again!

Great little place and very close to the beach.

Property was nice and the pool was perfect. Could use some better lighting (lamps) in the living room and bedroom. (also a full length mirror). Other than that no complants at all.

Cute place, great stay!

We had a lovely time in Unit B of this newly remodeled and adorably decorated triplex. Everything we needed to cook was available in the kitchen and the grill was brand new! The bathroom (newly redone) was so sweet. The 2 minute walk to the beach was easy and we loved being able to get there quickly to watch the sunset several nights during our stay. Loved having a pool when we wanted to relax away from the sand. We'd love to come back!!

amazing place

We loved everything about the place - beautiful decor inside, comfortable furniture in leaving space and bedrooms. Kitchen was not only beautiful and well stocked, but also comfortable for cooking, which we did every day. Loved the appliances. it is noticeable how much care was put into this place. Outside space is also great. Got everything one needs to enjoy the beach - chairs, umbrella, toys; but we glad we decided to go with rental with the pool. We took a break from the beach and had lots of fun at the pool. definitely place to return

Cozy classy clean

We really loved our stay! The house was extremely well decorated inside and out. The space was perfect for us. We were concerned about sharing a pool with the other units but it turned out that we rarely overlapped with when others used it. The beach was so close and the host provided everything you’d need while at the beach including chairs and umbrellas! We had friends staying a few blocks away so the location was perfect. We had a rental car but only used it for going to the grocery or out to dinner. Car rental was cheaper than golf cart rental so we decided against Uber/golf cart. Our friends rented bikes for their kids but they were never used. The kids enjoyed walks for ice cream and food from Double Deez. We hope to return again someday.

The place was very nice and close to things to do. The pool was a great area as well. Only thing I would suggest is some fans in the rooms.

Fantastic location

Our family of four had a wonderful time staying here for a week. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. It's just steps from the beach and Michaela provides a cart, beach chairs, and big towels to bring along. We all loved the pool in the backyard. There's plenty of tables and chairs outside and lovely exterior lighting at night. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the washer and dryer were very convenient to have. The master bed is a little high, so anyone with limited mobility might need a stool to climb in. The neighborhood is quiet and located near a trolley stop. There are shops, restaurants, Walgreens and grocery store nearby. We can't wait to come back!
