Notre résidence est située au coeur de ce qui est souhaitable Mc Cormick Ranch entre le haut de gamme Kierland Center et le centre-ville de Scottsdale avec salle à manger de classe mondiale et des boutiques de luxe, galeries, Fashion Square Mall, Théâtre, Vie nocturne, musées. Il ya aussi beaucoup de bars occasionnels, Restaurants, Cafés à choisir. Accueil de plus de 200 terrains de golf. La nouvelle Facilité Printemps-formation pour les Diamondbacks de l'Arizona et les Rockies du Colorado à TALKINGSTICKFIELDS se trouve à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. Worldclass Divertissement à Le bâton RRESORT & CASINO à côté de la Ballpark.

Nouveaux comptoirs en granit et vanités dans toute la maison, plus récemment carrelée douches / bains dans les deux salles de bains que de Juillet 2013.

Il ya un centre de remise en forme LA, petit-déjeuner et les lieux de déjeuner dans un cinq minutes à pied. Deux communauté piscine chauffée et jacuzzi minutes. L'accès à la belle Camelback Walk, un pied, à vélo et une piste de jogging le long de la Mc Cormick Ranch Lacs et terrain de golf. Sans parler de l'art et de nombreux lieux indiennes et des galeries d'art et de l'art occidentaux.

Nous offrons notre espagnol, maison privée de style colonial avec une cour spacieuse romantique avec la construction dans BBQ station et immense cheminée à bois. La maison est meublée et décorée avec des antiquités, meubles artisanaux mexicains et des arts et objets de collection. Spacieux séjour sur presque 2000 pc, pourrait être en vedette dans «Phoenix Maison & Jardin» magazine. Quartier très calme.

La cour ensoleillée très privée et intime est le jardin le plus romantique de la subdivision. Il est une reconstitution d'un une vieille cour coloniale, avec ses vieux pavés de briques, 2 terrasses couvertes meublées, grande cheminée, des cactus et bougainvilliers en fleurs matures. Wonderful townhouse

Tastefully designed in Southwestern style, this spacious townhouse had all the comforts to feel at home in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Scottsdale.

Truly Outstanding!

A charming, peaceful, lovely example of Spanish Colonial style located in a terrific part of Scottsdale, close to great restaurants, shopping & activities. This is not your average rental property, it is a well loved & cared for home that we were lucky/smart enough to find after much research. If you are into cold, ultra modern sleekness, keep scrolling. This unique and lovingly decorated townhome exudes warmth, comfort, rustic interest, and even bits of artistic whimsy. Amenities all met or exceeded our expectations. It was a joy to return to our “Casa Bonita” after a day taking in local flavor. Owner is responsive & proactive. Our best rental experience to date.

Santa Fe in Scottsdale

My partner and I required an unexpected 2 month stay in Scottsdale, and albeit we are from the southwest (New Mexico), we found so many places to rent that were just totally ultra contemporary in decor and furnishings - and so many were dark, dark, dark! This lovely patio home is done with strong southwest styling and with very comfortable furnishings - it became our "home away from home". The home is bright, airy, spacious, quiet and very serene to spend time whether inside or out in the private rear yard, and is incredibly appointed with all dishes and kitchen gadgetry one might ever need. The community pool is in a lovely location overlooking the small "lakes" that are populated with ducks, geese, blue heron and even a snowy egret that can be seen from there or while walking, biking, or even just sitting along the trails that circumnavigate the lakes. Our "landlord" was beyond responsive to any and all of our needs - superb in communication, kindness and extremely helpful with any and all "neighborhood" questions ranging from restaurants to a veterinarian for an unexpected need from our aging 17 1/2 year old "canine" traveling companion. We would recommend this as the best Scottsdale has to offer! Thank you so!!!

Wonderful villa that we enjoyed with a spectacular and private back yard.

Was a great experience in a prime part of Scottsdale. Back yard is spectacular and private. Property is well equipped including bicycles and all the amenities. Would stay here again in a New York minute. We loved the Villa and the location. Owner was very responsive.

A perfect place to relax , and enjoy the Scottsdale area.

Four years we have been staying in this Arizona villa; which is now filled with lots of wonderful memories. The comfort of the southwest decor greets you only to be topped of by the amazing courtyard! Colorful bougainvillea , palm trees, and tall cacti create the perfect place to relax and listen to the mockingbirds. Also, there is an outdoor fireplace to use in the evenings after a get together with friends. Who could ask for more?

Peaceful Gem

It was a joy to return to this Scottsdale patio home. So many rental properties feel generic. In this home you are surrounded by authentic Southwestern charm.The home is quite spacious and has every convenience for a relaxed ambience. There was even wrapping paper which i used for a hostess gift!The patio is even more beautiful than in the pictures.It feels cozy and spacious at the same time because of the complete privacy.Both the owner and the property manager were real gentlemen and made sure that everything went smoothly.Enjoy the lakeside walks--we miss them already.

Hidden Gem

Spent 55 days here from Nov. to Jan. 2016 and easily could have spent another 55 days. The home is very well decorated and includes Indian pottery, nit nacks, reference books about the Phoenix/Arizona area and tribes. The home has been upgaded, adobe/spanish motiff with private backyard, wood burning fireplace, and BBQ. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The hospitality shown by our host was outstanding and he will even share some of his favorite culinary eating establishments with you. This comfortable and functional home has a convenient location close to great dining, golf and points of interest. If you like walking, there are 25 miles of walking trails in and around the subject's neighborhood. All we can say to the owner is Thank You for making our Scottsdale vacation a success.

Fantastic Place To Stay

We've just returned to the UK having spent 5 weeks in this beautiful property. We been to Scottsdale several times and this was simply the best. It is situated in a quiet, peaceful and safe area. The back yard is totally enclosed and utterly private. We did indeed have hummingbirds visiting!! When we went out for the day it was lovely to return to somewhere that began to feel more and more like home. The owner and his managers were really helpful and great at communication. We're golfers so we had loads of courses nearby, so convenient. We particularly loved having the bicycles available for us to ride on the very near cycle paths, we also loved the communal pool, which was very under used, we often had it to ourselves. We have no hesitation in recommending this property to any looking for a super place to stay.

Delightful property

What a delightful property! The pictures are totally represent the Southwestern themed home. We,ve rented numerous properties over the years . This was definitely our favorite.Very well maintained and the best equipped we,ve ever experienced. The patio was a beautiful and private oasis. Who wouldn,t want to be a minute away from the walking trails at the lake! Both the owner and the property manager made sure that we could contact them with any concerns.This home is very well located in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to all the wonderful things Scottsdale has to offer. Don,t t forget to visit the Musical Instruments Museum themim.0rg

Favorite Scottsdale Rental

This spacious home is our favorite Scottsdale rental! It is beautifully decorated, well equipped and is located in a convenient, safe and desirable neighborhood. We loved all the sky lights, the indoor cactus atrium, fantastic kitchen, huge fireplaces in the dining and living rooms and the wonderful walled back patio. The patio is great for entertaining with it's built in grill, multiple seating areas, patio heater, outdoor fire place and beautiful landscaping. We loved watching the hummingbirds come and go. Pictures simply do not do this house justice. It was spotlessly clean on our arrival. The owner made the entire transaction simple and his local caretaker was there to show us around the home and answer any questions we had. All in all this was an excellent experience and we can't wait to revisit this home on our next visit to Scottsdale.

Couldn't Have Made a Better Choice

We wanted to experience Scottsdale from a location that was central to activities in the area. We couldn't have made a better choice. The house was exactly as portrayed in the pictures and was a wonderful southwestern themed home close to everything Scottsdale and Phoenix have to offer. The backyard was perfect and the surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and neat. We were able to walk a short distance to the pool or take bikes to the bike trail for our morning cup of coffee. The owner was wonderful and the person who opened the house and let us in and showed us around was extremely nice and helpful as well. I received several e-mails from the owner during our stay asking if there was anything we needed. There were very clear instructions left in the kitchen describing when trash is picked up, how to turn on the tv, etc. We hope we are lucky enough to rent this home again. This was a great value for us.

Amazing! The perfect Arizona welcome was felt as soon as the door was opened. Every room displayed the artistic charm of the southwest. Spacious, clean, and comfortable too! The patio was inviting with its beautiful flowering plants, palm trees, and cacti making it the perfect spot to relax, or to entertain guests. Impressive! We definitely will return to an ideal "home" away from home. *The owner was informative and helpful regarding the property.*

Special Memories

We have spent a month during each of the past two years at this charming home. We loved the Southwestern theme with all the beautiful antiques. The owner, Bill, has taken care of every detail, and goes out of his way to make us comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lovely, very private patio, where we barbecued and had our cocktails. The location is central to restaurants, golf, shopping, and baseball. We look forward to returning in the future.

Vacation Retreat

My wife and I spend a month at this beautiful location. The neighborhood is a prime locale for peace and quiet relaxation. The townhouse is very comfortable, beautifully decorated in a local southwestern decor, has all the amenities one would need, and above all is in a very safe and secure location. The owner is very easy to deal with and I'm already in contact with him on reserving a longer time frame for next year.

Scottsdale Charm

My husband and I stayed for almost one month at this charming home....it was decorated with a southwestern/cowboy theme that made me feel like I was in an expensive resort suite!!! The back patio which is very large was so beautiful, with the fireplace and lighting, a great place for an evening cocktail and appetizers! The pool area is a short walk from the house and looks out onto the golf course. We were met at check-in by the owner's caretaker, who lives down the street. He showed us how to work everything in the home and we knew if there was a problem, which there wasn't, he would be available to help us....very nice! We had everything we needed to feel at home and will definitely stay again!!! Thanks for the wonderful experience!!!!!

Exceptional property

This is the best home, in the best neighborhood in all of Scottsdale. The home is even more charming than the photos indicate. It has a truly southwestern feel. The property is meticulously maintained and spotless clean. All of this topped off with an extremely private backyard/patio that you will never want to leave. Close to everything Scottsdale has to offer. I will be back!

Beautiful home away from home!

We just completed a wonderful three month stay in this beautiful patio townhome. It is a beautiful home located in McCormick Ranch and was in pristine condition when we arrived. Excellent restaurants, shopping malls, and nightclubs are located nearby. The home is tastefully decorated with a southwestern theme and lovely ceramic flooring throughout. The best part has to be the private, intimate patio which is set up with a fireplace for romantic evening dinners. A beautiful greenbelt overlooking a lake surrounds the community...perfect for morning and evening walks. The owners were very generous and helpful in answering all questions. Can't wait to return next year!

Two years at Santa Fe......

This home was by far the best rental we have ever experienced! The photos on line were exactly as we found it when we arrived for our first five month stay, and the owners were so nice, very helpful and more than willing to share everything in their beautiful home with us. We were especially happy that they allowed us to bring our small dog with us. It is not often you find a rental that allows any pets! The walking trails along the Green Belt are spectacular and the community pool is wonderful. The location is great for shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. With all there is to do here, just enjoying the beautiful patio was still one of our favorites......candle-lit dinners fireside can't be beat! We strongly recommend that you give this home a try. We will definitely miss staying here, but we have just recently purchased our own home in Scottsdale...... :)

Would happily live here for the rest of our lives!

This gorgeous patio home is even more beautiful than the pictures and VRBO description! From the moment we walked through the front door, we fell in love with this wonderful home. Truly, this is NOT a typical townhome. Every room has been thoughtfully decorated, fitting with the southwest location. The house is sparkling clean, and includes every possible amenity you could wish for. The patio is quite simply the prettiest spot in all of Arizona! The community pool at Santa Fe is better than a 5 star resort, and quiet, convenient. Wolfgang and Bettina were wonderful to rent from, and we would recommend this property to anyone who enjoys quiet upscale quality in an awesome setting. Two months was not nearly long enough!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I rented this beautiful townhome from the previous owners during November of 2011. The reason for my visit was to look for a second home in Scottsdale. During my 30 day visit I was inside more than 110 properties in the area. At the end of a long day of looking at properties I couldn't wait to get home to this Santa Fe II home. This was by far my favorite property of the many that I looked at. As a bonus, the location is ideal. Just minutes from the best dining in the Valley and world class shopping at Fashion Square and Kierland Commons. When I heard the owners were thinking of selling, I jumped on the opportunity.
