Mountain View Memories is a two-story, family-friendly home that has been constructed recently to provide guests with the best lodging experience they could ever dream of. The first level is the main living space where the living room and dining area are together to create a sense of togetherness during your stay. Leathered granite countertops with soft close cabinets can be found in the fully-equipped kitchen along with stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. The dining table has space for up to 10 people, which is perfect in case you were thinking of treating your family to an unforgettable retreat. The living room is the ultimate gathering hot spot; the gas fireplace will keep everyone warm during chilly days and the flatscreen TV will be perfect for movie nights. You can tune in your favorite show or stream your favorite Netflix movie or documentary (from your account) for an entertaining night at home. The bumper pool table in the living room adds even more fun to the equation. Younger guests will love relaxing on the triple bunk bed set, in addition to the 500 game multi-game unit and the designated children's room. Right off the living room is the main access to the large deck from within the home.

Fix yourself a hot beverage and get comfortable on any of the gravity chairs available and get lost in the scenery in front of your eyes. To provide even a more relaxing atmosphere, the private outdoor hot tub is there at your disposal. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
