Notre escapade est située sur un parcours de golf avec vue sur la baie dans le Sandestin Family Resort, magnifiquement entretenu.
Cette villa de 2 étages à la décoration lumineuse dispose de 3 chambres et d'un loft. En bas, vous trouverez une chambre lit king-size et une deuxième chambre avec deux lits queen-size. Au deuxième étage, il y a une chambre avec un lit queen et le loft avec deux lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'une télévision à écran plat. Avec un plan d'étage ouvert, la cuisine donne directement sur la salle à manger et le salon. Sur le porche arrière, des sièges de patio ont été placés pour que vous et vos proches profitiez des vues à vous couper le souffle sur le parcours de golf et la baie. Vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper avec cette escapade charmante et accueillante!
En séjournant ici, vous êtes parfaitement situé à distance de marche de la piscine la plus proche, à seulement un pâté de maisons. Cette villa dispose également d'une voiturette de golf 4 places pour votre commodité et votre plaisir.

Amazing Property! Would book again for next trip!

We have been vacationing at Sandestin Resort for 14 years. This was one of the best properties we stayed. The location on the bayside is nice and quiet with lots of shade. The unit was spacious and comfortable. It had all we needed and was a wonderful, relaxing environment. The golf cart was great for going to the beach, pool, Publix, and Baytowne. The whole family found the rooms and beds comfortable and we spent lots of time relaxing around the living room with a nice view of the golf course. The washer and dryer were very handy since we were there 11 days. I would definitely recommend this property and will look for it to be available for our annual trip next year!

Nice place, great location.

Townhouse was very nice and clean. We did see a few bugs. And the battery in the golf cart needs to be replaced. We couldn’t even use it… it would barely go and would not hold a charge.

It was great!

The property/resort was easy to get around. Really enjoyed the golf cart and being able to run to Publix, go to Baytowne Wharf, and of course the beach easily! The beds weren’t that comfortable but who ever has a comfortable bed on vacation. The carpet in the bedrooms was gross, maybe it’s just me. But everything else in the property was great.

Enjoyable vacation

Just finished a two week stay and We had a great time. The golf cart is a blessing. We were able to cross over to beach, run back and forth to pool and explore the whole neighborhood. As crowded as it was, we never had trouble parking up close with golf cart. The home is lovely and was plenty of room for our family. A huge THANK YOU for allowing our two fur babies there as well. Loved the fact that trash was picked up daily. It is a beautiful property as a whole and we will definitely be back. Property manager was very prompt to answer any questions we had.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house and the house next door for 3 families. It was a really great place to stay. I loved that the older kids could use the golf cart to go to the pool or the wharf as it is a gated community and felt very safe. The pool areas were very nice and the water was heated. My grandson caught multiple fish in the ponds where you can fish for free- catch and release. The Beach was just across the road and had a lifeguard. It was crowded but still fun. Be sure to visit Topsail Nature Preserve. It's $6 per car but so worth it. The beach is beautiful and there were hardly any other people there. Back to the main beach...you can drive or take the golf cart as there is an underground tunnel so you don't have to worry about traffic. Parking was very easy and close. We went in March for spring break. The weather was in the 70's. The community was beautiful and we would definitely go back!

Nice, relaxing, beautiful place. Enjoyed table and chairs on patio under huge pine trees and on golf course. Lovely peaceful area and beautiful view. However, Charger on golf cart was not working when we arrived and had to be replaced, which was done promptly . Golf cart quit in middle of road on last morning enroute back from beach and maintenance had to come fix, which was also promptly done. .Grill is charcoal, not gas as pictured. TV in queen room upstairs apparently only operates on DVD player, which wasn’t working .

Great location but not clean…

The house was beautiful and it’s a wonderful location! Unfortunately, the house was very dirty. There was dog hair everywhere and the pillows were stained/dirty. The couch had sand and dog hair all over it when we got there. The golf cart worked but it is definitely not new. The tires are bald and the charge does not hold. The upstairs bed frame was broke but could still be used although it did make sleeping at an angle.

We do have staff on site 7 days a week fix any concerns that may arise during your stay including housekeeping, golf cart charging concerns and broken bed frames. Good area! Nice Condo

We stay at the resort a couple times a year. This is the first time we have stayed in the Fairways Condos. We always look for a place with a golf cart too. The property overall was nice. The updates are really nice. For overall cleanliness, I’d say a 4 star. The couch is fabric and has a very very strong animal urine odor along with the throw pillows. The couch needs a deep clean or thrown out really. The two chairs with the couch, one has a urine stain or water stain for sure. And, the throw rug is cover in stains which would be pet, I would think. The master suite is huge, which I loved. You cannot use either master closet due to the very very strong mildew odor inside them both. The doors have to remain closed because the smell is so strong. And, keep the fan running in there because there is only one air vent and it gets super hot. Everything else was great. Lots of room for a large family for sure. Thanks for letting us stay. It was a beautiful relaxing week.

Beautiful and charming townhome

We had a great time at the Sandestin beach and golf resort. The townhome looks exactly like the listing. It is very nicely decorated. The cleaning crew unfortunately doesn’t do a great job. The floors were clean, linens and bathrooms were clean but window shutters are full of dust, there are some spiderwebs in some areas that obviously need more dusting. One of the downstairs bathrooms had what I think was mold in a corner. The day I took a shower there I couldn’t stop sneezing after. It would also be nice to have beach towels and other beach essentials already there because they cost a fortune to buy or rent in the area. The golf cart worked great ( was dirty but whatever) and it was great that it was a 6 person golf cart so plenty of room for us and my parents who came to visit. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed this property a lot. Did not give it a 5 star only because if the cleanliness issue which could be improved.

Vacation with the family at Sandestin- Fairways

The property description was very accurate, the location was good (kind of in the farther side from the beach- but you have the golf cart). Quiet neighbordhood. The property was clean and well mantained, the beds were comfortable, the house was really very nice. The customer service at platinum was amazing I contacted 3 times and they took care of my concern immediately, they answer my question, they send someone to help me with my problem. I will recommend this property to anybody who wants to come and enjoy the beutiful Sandestin. The pool that was close to the house - it was always very crowded. I wish there were beach folding chairs that you can bring with you in the golf cart - because for 4 chairs and umbrella at Sandestin (if you are not part of the hotel) you have to pay $200 a day. Or if you want to go to the rooftop pool for a cabana or 2 chairs and umbrella $200. The restaurants in Baythowne Wharf were great and convenient. The A/C in the unit works great (very important) for those summer days in Florida. I really enjoy this place and I felt that the people at Platinum vacations did a great job taking care of the place and us when we had any issues.

Wonderful resort - okay condo

Our family has been vacationing in Destin and along 30A for many years now and this was our first stay in Sandestin. We absolutely loved the resort. The proximity to the beach with a golf cart and the easy golf cart route to get there was wonderful. The shopping, fitness center, pools, golf course, and restaurants all within close proximity and mostly accessible by golf cart (provided by condo rental) were wonderful and so fun!! We will definitely stay in the area again! The condo however, was just okay. The positives, it is pet friendly, allowing us to bring our two dogs. It is in a great location and provided a 6 seater golf cart. Again, we have stayed in and around the area for several years and for the price of the condo we just felt it wasn’t up to par with other condos we have stayed in at a similar price point (again the resort, absolutely was). Our issues with the condo started upon arriving and realizing with our two vehicles and the golf cart parked for our unit and the unit next to us (also owned by same property management team) there was definitely not 2 full parking spaces for both our unit, the unit next to us and the golf carts as they were parked. Luckily the family in the unit next to us was very kind and we were able to figure out a parking arrangement to make their two cars, our two cars and the golf carts fit, but again spaces were not as advertised. The kitchen in the condo was pretty, but minimally stocked and more than anything everything seemed to just be thrown in drawers with little to no organization. It was difficult to find things even if they were available. Several outlets in the unit did not seem to work either. And the volume on the tv in the main living area did not work. The bathrooms in the condo were updated, but all small. Additionally the main bedroom on the first floor, the bath tub did not drain well the entire time we were there and we only ever took showers. The property was not that clean. There were cobwebs in the corners of the main living room. Additionally the grill provided was nice, but could stand a good cleaning and was low on propane. There were plenty of towels which was appreciated, but only one extra blanket to be found in the entire condo and the bed sheets/comforters were fairly lightweight. Overall, for the price, the condo was simply just okay. It did the job, but again we all felt in comparison to other units we have stayed in at similar price points, it did not compare!

Thank you Angela for your feedback! We updated the information regarding parking for this and the neighboring property to 1 parking spot. We will work with our housekeeping team to make sure the kitchen is better organized and some cleaning concerns are met. Towards the end of the summer, properties become "tired" and need refreshing. This includes a deep clean of the grill, restocking the kitchen with new utensils and dinnerware. We have staff on-site 7 days a week to address any concerns that arise during your stay. This includes Maintenance to check outlets and breakers, TV's and exchange propane tanks when empty. We are unable to fix any issues immediately if we do not know about them. In the middle of the hot summer months, we do not anticipate any guest needing extra blankets but we only a phone call or email away.

There was some problems with heat distribution. There is really no true cupboard to store dry foods/items in the kitchen.Purchased baking pan existing pan should be thrown out. Master not real comfy feel springs in bed location was good

We are sorry you feel this way. The heat was fixed by a vendor the next day after we were notified of the heating issue. More food storage was added 4 days after arrival as it had already been ordered prior to your booking. We will look into the master bed not feeling comfy, but this also comes down to personal preference and was never brought to our attention. We apologize that the unit did not meet your expectations but no communication was had so we could try to alleviate your concerns. We look forward to hosting you again if another unit catches your eye.

We had 5 teenagers with us. The place was immaculate. (Well the rug was getting Old). Beds comfortable. Very near Sunrise Safe. I’d recommend to anybody that is neat and tidy. Don’t mess this place up!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location of this property and overall it was a super cute townhome. The mattress on the bed upstairs is very uncomfortable. It could definitely be replaced. We also had roaches in the kitchen and the last night we discovered that apparently there was also mice/rats. All of our bread had holes chewed in the bag and bread that had been eaten. Based on what we paid for this unit, it was definitely disappointing that we had to deal with this.
