Awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean from the pools/hot tub. Full access to workout room, game room, you can rent movies and even has a computer area.

About The Location

If you want to be in the middle of all Hilton Head has to offer look no further. This villa is in the lovely South Forest Beach area on the south end of Hilton Head. Just park your car and leave the keys behind. You can walk, bike, or take a gollf cart ride to the islands best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Super disappointed in the listing. Misleading images- they do not have the blue chairs as pictured. The pictures appear lavish but when you walk in you’re greeted with scratched walls, dirty appliances, bathtubs that don’t drain, dusty air vents that haven’t been cleaned in ages, a toilet handle that is hard to flush. The pool is cold. This is not worth the 4,000 we spent. Our check out was Saturday morning and we ended up leaving Friday night. This was our first time in Hilton Head and the restaurants were amazing - our stay not so much.

Outstanding property! Very comfortable beds, plenty of space for a family of 4 (or more), and really well renovated. Our entire family enjoyed the grounds, short distance to the beach and convenient pool bar/grill. We are already planning our next trip to HHI and this property is on the top of our list.

This place was so nice and VERY clean which we greatly appreciated! A perfect spot for myself and two girlfriends to have a relaxing moms getaway. The resort grounds are beautiful and a fantastic location - close enough for biking down to the plaza area with all the restaurants and shops. We had to buy more toilet paper since we were only given one extra roll. We tried to get some from inside the hotel, along with ice, and were told we weren’t allowed to have either. There weren’t any check-out instructions in terms of taking trash out, what to do with linens or towels, etc. so more info beyond just returning the bracelets would have been helpful. We didn’t even need the bracelets - just the card to get into the pool area. This was our first time in Hilton head and we absolutely loved it - thanks to this host for providing a very comfortable place!

This place could be so cute, but it definitely needs to be freshened up and given a thorough deep cleaning. Unfortunately, the photos in the listing are misleading compared to the actual condition of the property.The place was simply dirty. The walls were dirty, and the floors were so filthy that we had to request someone come and mop them. The master bathroom shower had mold, and the bottom of shower door leaked so badly that we had to place a towel along the bottom to prevent the bathroom floor from flooding.The sheets in the master bedroom were also stained all over the bottom. We ended up stripping the beds and washing the sheets ourselves as best we could.I truly hate leaving a negative review, and this place has so much potential, but when you’re spending around 4,000 for a stay, the property should at the very least be clean and properly maintained. A thorough deep cleaning and some basic maintenance would make a huge difference. Photo attached is from me wiping a paper towel along the kitchen floor the day we arrived.

The amenities were amazing, the condo, not so much. It smelled of mildew and I'm pretty sure it's because the shower tiles were not sealed and extremely moldy under the shower door. The condo looked to be renovated, but not well. The outlets were not updated and had a hard time holding plugs, the vents in the bathrooms and in the hall were extremely full of dust so they weren't working properly, and almost all of the windows and the patio door seals were broken.

Great stay

Overall our stay here was amazing! The proximity to the beach is hard to beat and the fact we didn’t have to cross the main road was such a huge plus! Having the pool right there to enjoy was great as well. We will definitely book again.

Access to the beach is the highlight of this property. So convenient to walk out to the beach whenever you want to. Very nice pool area as well. Great for kids with the walk in feature. Beach/pool toys and towels are not provided by owner however there are some items that have been left by previous renters. Also, if you drink coffee, bring some coffee filters as those are not provide either! Would stay again.
