The Moorings 2BR condo in the beautiful Hilton Head, SC is located just steps away from the beach and the very popular Dunes House beachfront restaurant (open weather permitting). This complex contains buildings that are two stories with pool and lagoon views. There are many amenities for your convenience, including large private decks. There is also an onsite pool that is open from April through September.

• Parking is limited to 1 vehicle (2nd vehicle is possible only with prior authorization and an extra charge).

• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots

• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine
