Près de la plage dans une communauté accueillante pour animaux de compagnie. Villa entièrement meublée avec cuisine mise à jour avec comptoirs en granit avec armoires en érable.

Grande chambre de maître avec salle de bains au 1er étage. Deux chambres spacieuses à l'étage partagent un bain de Hollywood. Demi-bain en bas (mis à jour).

Près de la piscine, de la plage et à quelques minutes des boutiques et restaurants de Shelter Cove.

Tons of space for our crew and everything we could have needed. Beds were cozy and we slept amazing (very picky about that). Owner and property manager were easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a great stay here! Lots of room, bath & beach towels, blankets etc. Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. Location was perfect, close to the beach, pool, shops and restaurants. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed. We would definitely stay here again!

Island Time 2025

We loved our time at your home in Queens Grant this past week. It was a perfect size for 6 adults. The house had everything that we needed to cook in, space to enjoy evenings together and gear to go to the beach. The pool was close by and the The Dunes Buggy team made getting to the beach a breeze.

Great stay

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at this property. The living area was actually a little bigger than I expected. It’s a great location being fairly close to the beach and to Shelter Cove. The free shuttle is a great way to get around.

such a great place - the furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and the house was spotless. Really appreciated the extras - plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys. Great, convenient location. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Great place to stay!

This location is in a great spot and the property is very cute. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. Kitchen was well equipped, grill worked great, plenty of beach chairs and plenty of bath towels. We walked to the General Store, and were able to park at the beach to enjoy our time there.

Relaxing Trip

The property was as advertised, with a good supply of kitchenwares, towels, etc. The location is good for pool use, and we walked to the general store and beach often. Nice selection of restaurants and activities nearby. Communication by the owner was excellent. It was a nice place for a family stay.

Great property!

This was one of the best places we have stayed in HHI. The amenities were plentiful, beach towels were great, and loved the beach chairs. It’s a 10 minute walk to beach. We also took advantage of the dunes buggy ride to and from beach, never waited long for a ride. We will definitely be returning to this unit. Rich was always quick to respond to any questions!

Had terrible experience with the AC not working that happened second day we were there. Temp in condo got up to 87 at one point, when finally was fixed the people that took care of fixing it left insulation all over the bed that my grandchildren were sleeping in it took over 12 hours to do and then at 9:45 at night we had to clean up insulation. There were other issues as well, but don't want to go into at this time

Ideal location

This was our second time staying in the palmetto dunes area, but first time in Queens Grant. The location was perfect for our young and active family as we could easily walk, jog, or bike to pickleball, the beach, nearby restaurants, and the General Store. There is also a shuttle available but it wasn’t very reliable which might have been because we visited during the off season. All in all, enjoyed the spacious house and all the surrounding amenities.

Perfect Getaway with our dogs!

This property was absolutely perfect for our vacation with our pups! The one story villa provided easy access to the outside front and back! The large back porch was enclosed so we could sit outside with the dogs and enjoy the beautiful weather in the morning and evenings! The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the beaches! The beds were super comfortable and my husband and I were able to enjoy only downstairs living. The upstairs had super nice bedrooms to accomodate additional guests but being just me and my husband we did not need to use the upstairs. We really enjoyed our vacation here and the laid back vibe really allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation! Highly recommend especially if you enjoy vacationing with your pups!

Great villa with lots of space for our family!

This was a great, pet friendly find for our family - loved this location in Queens Grant. Short walk to the pool, easy to walk our dogs outside in the grassy areas, close parking, short drive to beach and easy parking at Disney beach house . The living room and dining room was very spacious with great seating and never felt crowded. Clean kitchen with plentiful cookware, appliances and counter space. Large master suite on the first floor plus convenient half bath. The bedrooms upstairs were spacious with connecting bathroom for everyone. Plenty of towels- plus a set of beach towels to use. Owner had great communication with us and I would stay here again! We have been coming to HHI for 30 years, and love that we now have a great option to brings our dogs along on our vacation with adult children & parents.

Great property

We loved the location of this property, everything we wanted to do on the island was about 10 mins from here with the exception of the Harbour Town Lighthouse which was a bit further. The condo isn't stand alone so there's a small parking lot that you park in and then walk up a sidewalk to the condo. We loved that the pool was SUPER close, it was nice if we didn't want to pack up all the stuff to go to the beach. The Dunes Buggy is a great, free service to use especially when heading to the beach since there isn't much parking there. The condo was the perfect size for the 6 adults we had, plenty of room at the dinning room table and plenty of seating in the living room. We very much enjoyed the back patio. Rich was great, he was very responsive to messages, we would stay at his property again.

Where to start…not a 10/10 Experience

First I want to say that the owner and the property manager were readily available via text. The first night the property manager herself came and scrubbed the floor as it was obviously filthy when we arrived. Other issues with cleaning were apparent as well, but when you’re on vacation, you try not to spend your entire time complaining and waiting for service. The inside door next to the fridge & going to the trash bins was filthy and had chunks of the last guests garbage on it; the vents were filthy, and the carpets upstairs were dirty. The maintenance of cabinets in the kitchen needs addressing, as the lazy Susan cupboard fell right off its hinges. The property manager and her partner showed up while we were eating breakfast the first morning to “take care of it” but didn’t even bring tools. Lol! Needless to say, we just lived with a door hanging from its hinges. The kitchen was well equipped with many small appliances which allowed us to cook anything we wanted. We appreciated that. There were not any spices, so we were glad that we were prepared. The view from the deck is just some privacy foliage, but it was fine. There was trash around the deck which even included an empty beer bottle, from the last guests. On a positive note, the proximity and ease of getting to the beach was great, and the beach is just beautiful. We appreciated the 8 large beach towels provided! We tried to use the pool close to us, but it was in ill repair and dirty the day we tried to go.
