When you're ready to dine in, Queens Grant 615 comes fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware, and tableware you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Guests will enjoy a separate dining table that seats six guests with an additional game table nearby that seats four. Relax in the comfort of your cozy living room as you catch up on our favorite shows on your Smart Tv. Step out on the patio and catch a morning sunrise or sunset as you sip on your favorite beverage.

Get a good night's sleep in the primary bedroom's king-size bed with a private en-suite bathroom located on the main level. The second floor has two additional bedrooms. We stayed for a wedding with our two dogs. The property is well suited for pets with easy access to be outside with the dogs. The entire property/complex is very pet friendly with ample areas to walk the dogs complete with “doggy stations”. The Unit was clean and spacious.

If I can give 4 1/2stars, I would. The property is clean and a great value, especially if you have pets. The home is super pet friendly especially with our senior dog. Yes the place is dated decor wise and yes you need to bring your own toiletries but this was all expected when we booked. Great communication by staff. Our stay went smoothly. Thank you!

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The WiFi code information provided was incorrect -as well as the location of the router (which was on the floor nowhere near the TV as indicated). There are only 4 cups, while there are ample dishes and other tableware. None of the clocks were working except for the ones on the stove and microwave. And it would have been helpful to have a map our some indication of where the pool was located or how to get to the beach. It took a bit to find our way around.

Found this online and the nightly price was reasonable. However, the added booking fee by the management company was very high.. more than doubled the price of the rental. Spacious and great location. Very comfortable for a family.

We brought our kids down for a long weekend. Fall in Hilton Head is incredible. The location was perfect - a quick walk to the general store and a 10 minute walk/3 minute bike ride to the beach. The house was very clean and well stocked, although a little dated which we knew from the pictures. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great location, wonderful property

This unit is comfortable, clean, and located close to both a pool and beach. I really like that the washer/dryer is downstairs because it makes for efficient use. The neighborhood is quiet and has ample parking. We have already booked this unit for November!

All in all was good. A little dated inside but was comfortable. AC struggles upstairs. It was definitely further to the beach than I expected. I was very glad I threw the wagon in my car at the last minute. The shuttle was very crowded and honestly wasn’t that helpful to our location.

Great and relaxing

Great time at the Dunes. Recommend if you stay to find out if there are complementary bikes or if you need to reserve them locally. Everyone rides or walks around the area. Great location to the beach and pool. Parking can be tricky but nothing is too far away. Pickleball was so much fun and is an additional fee. Condo was spacious and everything we needed was available. Recommend and support and plan to stay again soon!!

The house was mostly clean but there was a bug crawling in the bathtub when we arrived. Also, general things, like rusted hinges and a very large crack in one upstairs bedroom wall as well as the bathroom door handle kept coming off. Overall it was fine, the beds seemed like they would be uncomfortable but I fell asleep so fast they must've been better than they seemed. We were in the area for our son's graduation on Parris Island which was about an hour away which wasn't a terrible drive at all.

RBC Weekend

Love Palmetto Dunes location. Was in town for RBC golf tourney so a great location for easy access. Condo was nice for the weekend. Disappointed we could not get a bit early (15 minutes) after being told we would be notified and clearly know it was ready. That is a little benefit to some other units we have rented in HHI.
