Queens Grant 675. At approximately 2000 square feet, this villa will provide plenty of room to spread out to work or relax. First floor (huge) master, very large living room, large dining area, additional 1/2 bath and a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor provides two additional large bedrooms and another full bath. There is a large deck out back with a gas grill. It is just a few steps to the pool and only a fifteen minute walk to the beach! Your booking includes parking for one vehicle, a second vehicle parking pass can be purchased for $25 for each 7 night stay. Palmetto Dunes restricts properties here to two vehicles.

Excellent location and amenities

We enjoyed staying here very much -- even though it rained for much of the week, we were able to get out and about, and the villa provided ample space for five adults and our dog. Hope to return soon!

Fantastic location

10 minute walk to beach, 20 minute walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Location was ideal. Owner responded to questions or issues usually within minutes. Will be back for sure !

Convenient location, large villa

Lovely villa in the Queens Grant section of Palmetto Dunes. There were a number of stains on the carpeting on the stairs, and we couldn't find a way to turn on the outside lighting for the pathway which was very dark, but otherwise the place was great.

Great Famiky Vacation

Loved loved loved the property was just right for our family! Super clean and neat everything and very private !! Would highly recommend. The only thing is if you are looking for a pool the one on the property sight was not skimmed regularly so we did skim the pool but otherwise it was perfect! Only 5 min from the beach where we truly spent most of our time!! Thank you again for another great vacation!!!

Wonderful condo

This condo is the best one we've stayed at at Queen's Grant (this is our third stay in this community). It was very clean - and we were greeted with nice amenities such as a water bottle, a kitchen kit that included laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and a sponge. Bathrooms were well appointed with tons of clean towels and generous toiletries kits. We had a great time in this lovely condo.

Second time visitors

After staying here last year we were thrilled to be able to book again this year for our family! We love the location, how spacious it is with plenty of seating for everyone and that it’s pet friendly! My 18 year old dachshund loved sunning on the deck. Only 15 minute walk to the beach and steps away from the pool. The neighborhood has a cute general store with lots to choose from a rental place for bikes and much more a lovely restaurant and the nice little burger and pizza joint that we just discovered this time! I highly recommend this property!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

The property was located much closer to the lagoon and pool than we had anticipated. The interior space was far more spacious and accommodating than the pictures would indicate. It was clean and everything we needed for the stay was there when we arrived. I would like to add that the owner was very responsive to one minor issue that was beyond his control. In fact, he was very communicative throughout the booking and check-in process. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again in the future. When you do stay here, make sure to rent bikes, it was a quick ride down to the beach, grocery store, shopping, and a number of restaurants.

Great location

We really enjoyed this unit. The bedding was comfortable . It just needed a few more bed pillows with pillow cases. We did have an issue all week with the one upstairs bedroom not cooling off. It would get up to 80 degrees during the day up to about 8;30 pm and then cool off some during the night. This made it difficult for the baby to sleep there during the day. It would be nice to have some cleaning supplies in the unit to tidy up. We loved location to the beach but pools were not kept up very well.

Great time

The property was exactly what we needed for out trip. The only problem we encountered was a lack of parking in the section of our condo. We were able to use overflow parking, just a longer walk. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great location on the island and we're able to drive and park at the beach .

Spacious condo

Check in was easy, living space large with plenty of seating, functional kitchen but ice maker didn’t work, so we bought ice. There are trays to make your own, but bring bottled water! Bedrooms were large and the primary bedroom bed was comfortable. Upstairs, the bedroom with the full bed was hot compared to the bunk bed room, so we had to cool that room excessively and keep the doors all open through the Jack and Jill bathroom and hall to try to distribute the air a bit more evenly. We liked the proximity to the exit of Palmetto Dunes, the bike paths, the pool access. Great location. We thought it was better to have the rental bikes in the rear of the building at the deck, as we had 5 and the bike company locked them all up on the bushes in the front (seemed abusive to the bushes and space was tight), but that was a no-no per the condo management. All the neighboring condos did the same thing. Not sure if they were also called about this. Overall, a very good place to rent , good WiFi, TV, space for all our family of 5.

Hilton Head vacation

We rented this villa for 10 days and it was very roomy with 3 bedrooms for our family of 6. Everything was provided in the kitchen. We were steps from the pool and a short bike ride or car ride to the beach. We walked to it sometimes at night as well. I had a few questions and Tim responded to me almost immediately and sent over his management company to address a few things while we were there. Excellent host. This was our first time at HHI and we already plan to come back - such a family feel here. Would definitely rent from Tim again.

Anniversary

We have stayed in several rental properties over the years in Hilton Head but this home surpassed those by far. The house is beautiful and well kept the location could not have been better just steps from the pool and about a 15 minute walk to the beach! There is a wonderful restaurant and general store on the walk to the beach as well. A couple of small hiccups but i cannot stress enough how easy the communication was with the owner! He always responded quickly and was able to answer any questions, oh and did I mention it is dog friendly?! Don’t hesitate to book this rental.

Everything was fine with our stay. When we checked in the maintenance crew had some issues that they didn’t have time to complete but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall I would recommend this property.

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo! It’s conveniently located in Palmetto Dunes with easy access to sidewalks right behind the condo. We loved that it was pet friendly. The back deck even has a gate, which was perfect for keeping our pups contained. We’d definitely stay here again.

Property was as described. Wished the trash would of been cleaned out before we arrived but the neighborhood only has pick up twice a week. The owner was vey easy to communicate with and really cares that everything is nice for his quests.

Great location

This property was in a really great location and convenient to the beach, bike trails, grocery and dining. The unit was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We liked the layout and ample TV’s and supplies to make the stay great. My only issue was with the cleanliness which was substandard to what we would expect and have seen in similar rentals. I shared the issue with the owner who was very responsive and working to rectify.

Excellent Property, Excellent location, a little disconnect with property management

Before I get into details, let me just say: rent this property. Go here. Stay here. You won't regret it, and you'll find yourself wondering how much it would cost for you to move down to this resort. Before we arrived: Communicating with the owner was easy and helpful. Quick responses. Then I got a few phone calls and a package from the property management company, Beach Properties. They gave me some pretty conflicting information until I managed to communicate that the rental was through the owner via Vrbo. Then things made more sense, although they kept emphasizing the 10am check out. The check out in the Vrbo listing is 11am, and the difference caused a bit of a rush on checkout day, but more on that later. The other confusing part is that because it was an owner rental we paid to bring our pup, which the property management group was very confused about until the end of the call. Again, just confusion. Once we arrived: Everything was fantastic. The villa was clean, and bright. Everything was set up for a great time. The appliances worked well, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. There were plenty of towels, including ones from Beach Properties that were meant for the pool/beach. My two small children were coming, and this was such a great place for them. Limited decorations that were breakable (they went in the bedroom closet for the week, and were replaced just before we left), there was plenty of room for me to spread a blanket and toys, and honestly... it was perfect. One thing I have to call out as a positive: the air conditioning worked well, and there was NO musty smell that so many beach properties have. Really, I can't emphasize how clean this place was enough. Checkout: Like I said before, checkout for us was a bit rushed with the change in the checkout times. The property management company sent someone to the villa at 9:40, while we are rushing to get out and make sure we leave the place clean, which was a little frustrating as well. They were very polite though, and left to let us get out of the unit. Strangely enough, I then got a call a day later from Beach Properties reminding us of checkout procedures for saturday... although our rental ended on Thursday. I think the property management group just isn't used to owner rentals. Thats the only explanation that makes sense, and it really just means you're going to get a few eccentricities from them. Nothing major, and this is STILL a 5 STAR place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay ….

Condo is a bit outdated, but it was clean and very spacious. The furniture was very comfortable and the Dunes Buggy Service that picks you up and takes you to the beach was great. Our family enjoyed our stay here.

This house was great! Had a group of friends stay and perfect walking distance to the beach. Everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend renting bikes down the road at Hilton head outfitters!

Queens Grant

Queens Grant is a very convenient location on the Island. It is in walking distance to the beach and many stores and restaurants. Although by the amount of cars it seems that the condos were full it was very quiet. The condo itself was clean and well supplied. It was Pet friendly. It has a great deck with views of the lagoon from 2 directions. We had a very comfortable stay. Thanks
