Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level resort retreat is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 flat-screen TVs, 2 DVDs, Blu-ray, Wifi. This Sea Colony rental homes has no tub and features shower stalls only.

Nice Family Vacation

We stayed at this condo on our family vacation to Bethany Beach; we also rented another condo in the same building. We liked the fact that this condo was ocean front and we could walk out on the balcony and see the sun rise every morning. The kitchen was well stocked and updated. There is much to do at Sea Colony. We enjoyed going to the beach, numerous pools, and utilizing the pickle ball courts. We will definitely return in the future.

Great place, but pool was closed.

We loved our condo, however the pool in front our building was closed which was a bit of a pain, there was another pool we could walk to, but not as nice and being able to stay in front of our building. The condo was well cared for with every available upgrade. The owner even left keurig pods in the cabinent and salt/pepper, sugar and spices which was very nice of them. Would definitely stay there again.

I loved this condo the only thing i was a lil unhappy with was the cleanliness of the master suite shower. The shower had beautiful tile but there was black mold areas of the grout and shower head. Other than that ... the place was wonderful. Would stay again

Overall nice stay

There were a few issues - granite counter cracked, broken dresser drawer, stained carpet & dim lighting. The one elevator for our building was broken one afternoon for 4-5 hours, which left us stranded - since my 83 year old mother could not take the stairs. However, the property managers were very quick to respond and the place was clean.

Clean and Basic

Clean but totally basic. No hair dryer the lumpiest pillows ever. A sheet and thin quilt on the bed. No kitchen towels. The lightbulbs were ridiculously dim. I had to do my eye makeup by the window in a mirror I brought with me. A+++ for cleanliness but just my husband and I probably would have been more comfortable with an efficiency style hotel.

Disappointing

The bedding is terrible. The sheets are very uncomfortable. I tried to buy my own sheets while I was there and was unsuccessful. I had to wash the bathroom rug that was in the master bathroom because it was disgusting. Make sure you have plenty of laundry detergent and cleaning supplies, cleanliness matters to you. The location of the unit is good but Vacasa management has a lot to be desired.

Not worth the price

We've rented this unit twice. The first time the fridge was broken for the balance of our stay - we lived out of a loaner cube fridge there was no space for. This time around the fridge technically worked, except it was just terrible. Maybe Samsung just shouldn't make fridges. Don't bother buying ice cream and drink your milk quickly. That said, the kitchen is barely useful. There are random plates, bowls, cups here and there, but I had to eat a canned soup split between two mugs because there are no bowls deep enough. Don't expect to cook. We bought (and left) the only mixing bowl, measuring cups & spoons, and cookie sheet. Many other things were missing so we just gave up. The toilets don't flush correctly. There was a rolled up carpet just leaning in the corner of the living room partially blocking the TV the whole time. The slider doesn't work well. The second bathroom has a shower curtain to "fix" the fact that the glass doors don't work. Every bureau has a least one broken drawer, closets and doors don't close properly (some might even fall of track).
