Very dissapointed
The home is very dated and not clean when we arrived. We were greeted by two overflowing trash cans that were so full you could not close the top and dirty linens from the previous people. This was located in the carport and stayed ther for 2 days for us to enjoy the smell and flies. The refrigerator broke the last 2 full days we were there. The house manager did nothing to fix the problem except offer us 60.00 per day for broken fridge. That amount did not cover the 300.00 worth of groceries we purchased on Tuesday. I left numerous voice mails and requests for the manager to call me about the problems with the cleanliness of the house and she didnt return my calls until the fridge broke. The was mold in the shower and AC vents were covered with dust. Floors in kitchen ere filthy, coffee maker as disgusting, windows looking out to the bay were filthy with fingerprints and general filth. Food was left in the cabinets from previous renters. The cabinets were not organized at all - like someone threw various items into each cabinet. The cutting block island bar had stains and was filthy. Opened drawers to find clothing items when we went to put our on clothes in the drawers. My grand daughter found personal lubricant from a previous renter in her drawer and brought it to my attention. There was underwear in a couple different drawers from a previous renter. This as the worst rental experience I have ever had. I ill never rent from Vacasa again.
