Retreat to the beach in this quaint villa-style bay-front community, situated between North Fenwick Island and South Bethany Beach Delaware. The Narrows is a small association of 15 residences, overlooking the Assawoman Bay and featuring a private outdoor pool, beach access across the highway, and a private waterfront gazebo.

This end-unit townhome provides the best features of two of Delaware's favorite beaches. Offering easy access to both Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach, you'll never be far from any of each resort's conveniences. Entering the residence from the entry-level carport, the elevated first floor of this beach home features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a private bayfront balcony located off of the owner's suite. The first bedroom, located near the front door has a queen-size bed and a tv. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-on bottom. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a ceiling fan and tv. The master bathroom suite attached to the master bedroom has a large walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. The other bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.

The second floor boasts an open and airy living room with a tv, wifi, and comfortable seating. The dining area has seating for 6, and the fully stocked kitchen has everything for a great dinner. The living room is also complemented by cathedral ceilings and panoramic views north overlooking the bay and South Bethany Beach. Walk out into one of two sliding glass doors to another spacious deck, access from the living room.

The third floor welcomes you with an open concept loft area, perfect for entertaining with a tv. Surrounded by all of the conveniences of the beach & bay, the tranquility of its exceptional location, panoramic views from sunrise to sunset, pool, and parking. Access to the beach is across the road. This property also comes with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**

Lovely location
The house is perfectly located in a quieter area of Fenwick Island. It’s located between the bay and the beach. The Fenwick island state park is only 1/2 mile away. This house is perfect for a family of 6. I highly recommend this property - we had enjoyed our stay.

Mostly good but a few things could be better
Property could’ve been cleaned better. Found socks under one bed, sand in one shower and dishwasher had soiled dishes in it, As far as maintenance there was a very loose receptacle cover in the bedroom and the ground fault receptacle in the hallway bathroom did not work. Also it would have been nice to know that beach items such as chairs and an umbrella were available for use instead of having to bring those things with us. The visitor guide could use an update since the some pages are missing.
