Fin de bloc Ocean du groupe 3 étages maison de ville avec trois ponts. Vue sur l'océan énormes de deuxième et troisième ponts de l'histoire. Trois grandes chambres à coucher-- sont deux côté de l'océan avec vue sur l'océan. Étapes à suivre pour les très belles plages de sable de faible densité. Il ya un barbecue à gaz pour des sorties de cuisinier, une douche extérieure, et TV et les chaînes stéréo pour votre divertissement. La maison est sur Bunting avenue dans un quartier tranquille. Il ya beaucoup de restaurants, magasins d'alcool, la crème glacée, putt putt, et les lieux les plus amusantes à distance de marche. Si vous êtes un golfeur, il ya plus de 20 endroits où dîner à choisir.

The views were as nice as advertised. The owner, Tom was very responsive to our requests and inquiries before, during and after our stay. We enjoyed our stay!

We did have a rocky start as the cleaning people couldnt clean prior to his arrival as the renter before him didnt leave untill 3 hours after check out time. We gave a credit and he and his wife cleaned so their understanding with that was appreciated. His week was a good one after and we did enjoys talking about many things which I hope helped make his stay fun.

Thus house was beautiful. It's three balconies were perfect. Two master bedrooms and a kids room that fit 5 teenagers perfectly. We couldn't have been happier with this home.

Beautiful Comfortable Convenient

We had a wonderful week. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything from bicycles and grill to pots and pans were thoughtfully provided. And then there was the view. Stunning ocean views. Walking distance Close to restaurants and shops

Very close to the beach and really comfortable for a group of 9 (kids and adults!)

The house is so close to the beach that you could see it from every balcony. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing week - from cookware that worked just fine to beach chairs. The bikes that were in the shed did not work well - but we did not expect that they would be provided - so it was no problem! It was a quiet beach and just perfect. Thank you to the owner! We had a great vacation. (And the neighbors were really nice too!)

First time to Fenwick

Our stay at Tom's beach house was wonderful! We were 8 adults and 2 babies and 2 toddlers, and one very spoiled dog. We had everything we needed and the rooms were very clean with plenty of blankets, pillows, and sheets. The parking allowed for 4 cars. The air conditioning was great and the use of the grill was so helpful. Tom was always readily available for any questions we had. We had a great time as the distance to the beach is just steps away and the beach can be seen from all 3 decks. We would love to plan to come back again sometime!

Great location!

The owner was so helpful start to finish! The closeness to the beach enhanced our short stay. Ocean views from balcony. Alittle dated, but that actually gave it a welcoming feel. I think it perhaps wasn't cleaned before we got there. Trash in bathroom cans and dishwasher full of dirty dishes? I don't know what happened but overall it was lovely. Thanks again Tom!

Great Location

This 3 story townhouse was perfect for our beach rental. There is a deck at each level …and it has ocean view with the top 2 decks . There is outdoor furniture on each deck. The kitchen is well stocked…2 nice size master bedrooms with bath, and the third bedroom has 2 bunkbeds with a hall bathroom. The place is very comfortable…it is carpeted throughout ….a bit stained and worn looking…but hard to prevent with a rental. All in all….it was a great rental…right across from the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location!

Such a fantastic neighborhood! Ample walking options with the four legged member of the family. We walked everywhere! Lots of dining and entertainment close by. The three levels and three decks let us spread out and enjoy some shade during the heat of the day. A sweet view to top it all off. The whole family was pleased and we hope to return in the near future.

Great location

Thomas was very responsive to any questions I had. Only complaint was the moldy shower liner in the master bedroom bath and lighting in the kitchen a little dim, otherwise, all good. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. …which was important to us since we cook a lot. Size of place was comfortable for family of seven and dog. Beach access was conveniently located across the street. Highly recommend this property.

Great location but…

Location and house lay out are great but it needed a good cleaning and general up keep. Refrigerator was malfunctioning on our arrival and there was previous knowledge by owner of that condition. Owner notified 2x of the problem but problem not fixed. First floor carpet very dirty, stained even though it was early in the rental season. Kitchen floor sticky, we washed it. Bottom cabinets dirty and junky, with sand, dirt and spilled food- we cleaned them. Sand and food underneath sofa cushions and sofa. Outdoor gas grill grossly dirty as if not cleaned in a few seasons. Old dirty carpet under bunk beds on 2nd floor along with used Kleenex and dirty socks, dirty stained blanket on floor in 2nd floor master bedroom closet along with 2 used men’s T shirts. Shower drain 2nd floor master bathroom needs cleaning / clearing. Ceiling in alcove 3rd floor bedroom has water damage and is flaking deteriorating, smoke detectors same bedroom hanging by one screw. Spouse never found a fire extinguisher. It could be such a first rate rental with due attention and a good cleaning crew.

The house is in such a fantastic location, it’s literally minutes from the beach entrance. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and from the top floor of the house you can hear the ocean. It’s walkable to many restaurants and shops

Nice view as advertised

Everything was as advertised in fact a bit better as the living room TV is upgraded from what is in the pictures. The location is perfect very close to the beach, just a few steps to the entrance. Less than 5 minutes from OC Maryland but less crowded.

Great dog-friendly family home next to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Shelter Beach. The perfect location, right across the beach entrance with beautiful views from all three decks. The house was well-equipped in the kitchen, beach supplies, bikes, games, barbecue tools, etc. Perfect home for two families and two dogs. The owner was great to work with and was very responsive. We would definitely come back!
