Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

435 Captain's Walk overlooks the pool out to the ocean! Lots of recent updates!

435 Captain’s Walk is a second-floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom end unit that overlooks the pool and out to the ocean. A beautiful, updated villa with great views—you couldn't ask for more. The new owners have added great touches and updates to make this the perfect oceanfront experience for you.

The kitchen is located just off the foyer, is fully equipped, has plenty of storage, and an open counter to the dining and living area. The breakfast bar has two stools. All overlooking the open-concept living and dining room and out to the ocean. Views of the ocean from any of the kitchen, living room, or dining room

The dining area has a table for six and adjoins the living area, which features an all-new and comfortable sofa, an overstuffed chair, and lounge chairs, an entertainment center with a large flat panel TV and DVD, and a full wall and a half of windows with a slider door to the deck. The front view from the living room and deck is of the ocean and pool area.

The bright master bedroom with its beautiful hardwood flooring features (a king-size bed), a flat panel TV/VCR, windows looking out to the ocean view, and a private bath with a large, tiled shower. There is two additional bedrooms, one with another king bed and the third bedroom features 2 twin over full bunk beds.

The middle bedroom has two full-size beds and access to a full bathroom in the hall with a vanity and shower/tub combo. At the front of the property is another king suite with a private bathroom that includes a walk-in shower.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It had the perfect amount of space for my sisters and mom. The rooms were spacious and everyone had their own bathroom. There was a great view from the balcony of the pool and beach and it was a much shorter walk to the beach than we thought! The condo had everything we needed and was close to restaurants and shops! I highly recommend it and would love to come back!

Beautiful Condo in HHI

This condo is perfectly located by the pool and the beach. It suited our 6 kiddos and 4 adults nicely without feeling on top of each other. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We pan on returning in the future!

Wonderful Beachfront condo

The condo was spacious, well equipped, beautifully decorated with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, tropical palm trees and the inviting complex swimming pool. We loved our stay in this unit and thank you for making the booking/check in/check out process so seamless.

Perfect beach getaway!

This condo was spacious and in a great location on the beach in Palmetto Dunes. There were plenty of supplies provided - and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Great communication with the property management company. The 7 of us had a great time and want to come back soon!

Nice for What we Needed

The location was great and provided the room we needed for us and our adult children. We wish the property had a hot tub as the swimming pool heater was not working properly and the balcony was bigger to accommodate 6 people. The condo also seems like it needs to be updated but all in all it provided what we needed for our visit.

We had a group of 9 (5 adults, 4 kids) and our condo was spacious enough for all of us. We had everything we needed and the place was very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean and the balcony was was a great spot to enjoy it. The pool and beach was easily accessible, we grilled out one night by the grilling station that had seating outside. We would definitely stay here again!

We could leave our chairs outside the door with plenty of room. We had a beautiful view of the beach, and we could so see the pool when our children were swimming. The house was clean, bedrooms were large, and the 2nd floor location was great.

Hilton Head stay

As indicated in the star ratings, we had a wonderful week in this condo. There was plenty of room, updated furnishings, and it was clean. The grounds of Palmetto Dunes are gorgeous, and we enjoyed biking with our complimentary bikes. My only complaint was the entry to our condo without our permission to check out a suspected water leak. When we returned, a big hold had been cut into a bedroom wall. Needless to say, we were surprised. Island Time Realty were very responsive on this issue.

All the kitchen appliances, pans forks, and everything are outdated, and the pans are horrible shape. The dryer was broken, but the rental company was very attentive and came to fix it the best of their ability. They checked on us several times and were very accommodating For the price I paid I feel like I should’ve gotten a better rental place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the covered patio! The 3 large bedrooms were plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. The refrigerator’s water dispenser didn’t work but the ice maker worked great. The microwave seems to be tilted but worked fine. The living room TV had limited programs, its an older TV. We didn’t use the bedroom TV’s. There were a few board game that we enjoyed. We really loved the location!

There were a few minor issues like the ice maker in the freezer would continually freeze solid, but nothing that significantly impacted our experience in a negative way. The condo was in good shape and clean upon arrival. It was very spacious, and the 3 bedrooms were laid out nicely to allow flexible options for all guests to sleep comfortably. The balcony view was great, and the property overall was also very nice. The pool was very nice and beach access was very close and convenient. Palmetto Dunes is great and you can do most activities without having to leave the complex. It is also centrally located and a short drive from other key attractions on the island.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week. The condo is great. Spacious, clean, comfortable, well-appointed. Lots of glasses, cups, plates, etc. in the kitchen. It's actually a 2nd floor unit, not 4th floor as described, but that was fine. Right on the beach, which we wanted. No problem with the unit...would rent it again.The issue is with the rental process. We rented three days before we arrived. The day after firming up, we were called and told that the pool is under construction...not mentioned in the listing. We were offered other locations not on the beach, a credit against a future rental, or to cancel subject to a USD170 fee. The rental company tossed out some vague reference to a provision in the rental agreement as a soft excuse.The rental company was otherwise good to deal with but not indicating the pool construction in advance is a serious nondisclosure, hence their review.

Great Location Tired Condo

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were extremely disappointed with our month-long rental unit this year. (We were happy with the rental company.) The condo was in much worse shape than the photos appeared, i.e. beat up baseboards, broken refrigerator, clogged garbage disposal, broken vacuum, very minimal furnishings, way too many pillows and old unused, bed pillows taking up very limited closet space. Outdated, didn’t-seem-clean bed comforters. Completely random, cheap dishes and silverware. Filthy outside doormat- we bought new ones for inside and outside. Also bought bath mats for all bathrooms for our stay. Very old kitchen- wiggly kitchen faucet, very old sink. The whole place was outdated tired and disappointing. Very depressing. While pool facilities were fine, our building’s exterior stairs were disgusting- filthy stairs, rusty doors, very depressing to enter all of the time.
