Venez en vacances dans le merveilleux Lands End! Cette communauté familiale au sein de Sea Pines est fermée et parfaite pour les adultes et les enfants. Nous sommes situés sur probablement la meilleure plage de Hilton Head pour observer les dauphins et nous fournissons même gratuitement deux kayaks pour sortir et voir les dauphins de première main!
Notre maison a une vue sur l'océan depuis presque toutes les pièces et est l'une des plus grandes terres disponibles avec 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain, un loft / salle familiale et un très grand porche grillagé face à la plage. Nous avons également une terrasse extérieure avec un barbecue au charbon.
Notre maison accepte les animaux (demandez des détails) et est non fumeur.
Nous avons récemment terminé une rénovation complète de notre maison avec une nouvelle cuisine, de nouveaux planchers de bois franc et de nouveaux meubles.
Nous sommes à 10 minutes à pied de la marina de South Beach avec des magasins, des restaurants, une aire de jeux pour enfants et un tennis gratuit au South Beach Racquet Club.

Excellent location and amenities for the price!

Communication with the owner was very great, the property is in a private location with lots of amenities. It is right on the beach with a great view, pool literally across the street. Easy beach access and rinsing showers at the end of the beach. DOLPHINS EVERYWHERE in this area and frequent very close to the shore! Would stay again!

Family spring break

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The host was helpful and communicative. The location was fantastic with daily dolphin sightings, lovely sunsets, beach access and a short walk to the Salty Dog. The home is roomy and well equipped. It is older and has been updated, however like all older homes, has a few more imperfections than something brand new. We would recommend to a friend and stay again ourselves.

Great location in Hilton Head

We stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas/ New Year. Great location. You can't get much closer to the sand and water on Hilton Head Island. It is also convenient to pickle balls courts and the Salty Dog. Alice was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We highly recommend the property.

We all truly enjoyed our stay at your house. We had typically stayed ocean side but this was excellent. Amazing dolphin viewing right outside the door. Close to everything yet secluded. We could actually see us buying in this location.

Vacation with a view

Lands End townhouse provides beautiful ocean view with gorgeous sunsets. Alice, our host, was responsive and informative. We appreciated the discounted bike rentals and enjoyed our daily beach walks. Although the home is older, it is stocked with kitchen equipment, plenty of towels and even kayaks. It would be a great place for larger groups.

Great views/dated house

First of all, the view was great. This house is located in an older retirement community. The keys are mailed to you prior to arrival which we almost didn’t receive in time bc we had vacation plans prior to Hilton Head. It would be great if the lock was a keypad entry as opposed to an actual key that is mailed to you and then you have to mail back to owner. The front door automatically locks, and if you don’t have the key, you will be locked out of the house. Overall, the house is very dated and needs lots of TLC. Some of the boards on the boardwalk and patio to the beach are rotten. They need to be replaced.The hardwoods and carpeted floors are very uneven and warped. Multiple outlets are not working or the plug in doesn’t stay in the outlet properly. The master bedroom smells like dog. We were not allowed to bring our dog during our stay due to the sea turtle policy. Make sure you are aware of the HOA policy before booking. Searching Pet-friendly places will flag this house even during off seasons that pets are not allowed. Underneath sinks and in cabinets was very dirty and moldy. You couldn’t place towels underneath the master bathroom sink because it was disgusting. The pull out couch upstairs was full of sand and dirt. The beach is narrow when tide is high with debris until tide is low. We will not be returning to this place.

While it was a nice house and great location we felt it needed some updating in the kitchen and master bath. We enjoyed our time and would recommend the unit.

The location and property was more than I expected. When looking for a place in Hilton Head, I wanted someplace close to the beach and enough space for a family of eight. The house on Lands End delivered. The furnishings were comfortable enough and it was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. We saw an amazing number of dolphins which thrilled my grandkids & me too. Lol. A very quiet neighborhood. Alice Hume was great to communicate with answering all my questions. Check in was easy as was checking out. We had a great time and hope to return again.

Wonderful family week at the beach

We’re return guests and once again had a wonderful stay. We’ve been visiting the area for many years and absolutely love it. The house was comfortable, the view was incredible, and the grandchildren enjoyed the kayaks. We saw a lot of wildlife, enjoyed some dinners cooked in the great kitchen, biked around the lovely neighborhood, and now that we’re home miss it already. Many thanks to our great host.

Beautiful location in Sea Pines

Lovely home and location in Lands End with more than enough room for our extended family to enjoy! Lands End is our favorite place to rent at the end of Sea Pines. Direct access to the beach and pool and a short walk to the Salty Dog and South Beach Marina, tennis and pickle ball courts. The kids loved watching for dolphins and we all loved watching the sunsets. The owner was easy to communicate with.

Best location on the beach!

We loved our family vacation and found the home comfortable for all the ages of our family. The owner was prompt with responses and kept us posted on check in procedures in a timely manner. The home is a little dated from a flooring standpoint (creaky upstairs loft/bedroom and master bedroom with unusual slope under the low profile carpet), but the wood flooring was in great shape in the common areas of the house. The home was very clean and had comfortable furnishings. The location was amazing in a very quiet area in the southern-most aspect of the island. We saw dolphins every day, and having access to kayaks was the envy of other beach goers. The screened in porch was a delightful aspect of this home, perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. I highly recommend this property for a family getaway!

Fall Break ‘23

We rented this property for a family fall break vacation and fell in love with the location. The property is beautiful and we were just a few steps from the beach. I’ve never seen as many dolphins while vacationing. We watched them multiple times a day. This is definitely on our list to do again!

My family and I loved our stay at Alice's home. The house has a great location on quiet street close to the beach and pool. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and house had great amenities. Alice was responsive and very helpful with all questions we had! We will be back!

Property was very clean. It has an excellent view of the water. There's lots of room for everyone to do their own thing. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Neighborhood is very quiet. Located close to Salty Dog cafe for food and entertainment. Great place.

Land's End NEVER disappoints. The dolphins were more abundant than ever! Even though the weather was chilly, it was an escape from the world. Alice was very easy to work with and prompt to communicate.

Beautiful peaceful beach house.

This property is amazing for a family. It's very close to the beach. Stunning sunsets. Quite community. Several amazing restaurants on the property for dinner. I would recommend this property and the owner Alice, who is so helpful and absolutely amazing to deal with, to anyone wanting a relaxing Hilton Head Beach vacation.
