POINT B EXCLUSIVE - Tucked away on a quiet village lane, this classic cottage has just been completely renovated top-to-bottom, with stylish details throughout.

The Living and Dining areas have a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and sliding doors that open to a pair of brick patios for outdoor dining and entertaining. Gourmet kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances, and opens to the Dining area with built-in banquette seating for easy entertaining.

One of the two Bedrooms has a sliding door to the back patio and outdoor shower. There is a shared full bath with walk-in shower and an additional half bath.

Downtown Edgartown Village with its restaurants, shops and attractions is a short five-block walk.

What a lovely cottage! You feel like a resident of the Vinyard when you stay here, on this quiet street outside the hustle and bustle but near enough to the quaint downtown Edgartown. I chose this cottage because my traveling companion was older and the single-level living and walk in shower were absolutely perfect. Beautifully appointed upscale home on a quiet street- you will not be disappointed!

Great house in the perfect location

My wife and I spent Memorial Day weekend at this house, and we had an amazing time. The house is just a few blocks from downtown Edgartown on a quiet and pretty street. We were able to walk to everywhere we needed to go from the house, and the management company was extremely helpful setting things up for us and getting us into the property. I can't say enough good things about the Point B team!

Great rental

This rental was immaculate and the location was perfect. It was a ver short walk to coffee, shopping and restaurants. The place itself was cozy and well equipped, The challenge was the beds- both my husband and I found them so uncomfortable they were pretty much unbearable (we tried both the master bedroom and the smaller beds). If they could upgrade the beds this place would be perfect.

Modern, Cute and Easy Walk to Edgartown Town

Really enjoyed our stay! The home has all of the essentials one needs to be comfortable. We loved the privacy of the location and proximity to downtown Edgartown. Unfortunately, we had to work while there; there was not a desk to work on but one could use the kitchen table area. The owners were responsive to all of our needs. If we want a place that is clean, modern, and in town - then this is where we would stay. It's small and mighty!

This property was fantastic and located in the heart of charming Edgartown! So many things were just a short walk away. The property was very clean and just what we needed for our quick trip to the Vineyard. The communication with the rental agency was clear and very easy. Great Location and Cozy Rental

Walking distance from all that Edgartown has to offer while still being off the beaten path. Charming and cozy little cottage, perfect for my family of four. The outdoor shower was the icing on the cake. I love that the rental office will donate your leftover food to a charity for disadvantaged! We fell in love with the cottage and will stay here again next summer!

Perfect Island Cottage

The cottage itself and its location are perfect! In fact, my sibling said, "They're going to have to drag me out kicking and screaming at the end of this week." That's how wonderful this rental is. If you can reserve the cottage, do so. You won't regret the decision.

As advertised

You can tell a realty company rents the property as opposed to a family owner rental. The process and cleanliness was much more like a hotel stay in than a rental home. We highly recommend.

Great house just outside of town

This is a great house just a short walk from Main Street in Edgartown. My wife and I stayed with our infant daughter and it was perfect for our small family. We had a few hiccups when we arrived but the property manager arranged to have things taken care of. Great house for a small family.
