House Rules:
❗ No Party policy.
❗ No Indoor Smoking (includes any form of e-smoking).
❗ No Pets.
❗ Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
❗ Must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

During July, August and the first week of September, check-ins need to occur on a Saturday.

A $500 hold for incidentals will be placed two days prior to check-out and automatically released three days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.

We have a No Party policy as well as a No Indoor Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). No Pets. Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am.

Individual renting the house needs to be at least 25 years of age and needs to present proof of ID for reservation to be approved.

If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a fee of $1,000 to cover damages.
