Single-story home with pool.
Kitchen has all appliances one would need and garden patio furniture/lounge chairs and a gas BBQ and fire-pit. Hot water is tank-less, so you won't run out of hot water. Large washer and dryer and cleaning equipment/supplies are on hand. Guests will enjoy a large number of board games, pool table and dart board while relaxing in the patio and enjoying the cool and refreshing pool.
Please enjoy the kitchen, pool table, back garden with large pool (5' at the deep end), lounge chairs and picnic tables and chairs.
Outdoor Bluetooth speakers (Pyle Audio in front of pool and by patio dining table, code is 0000 to connect) that are powered when the lights in front of the Pool are on.
The fire pit has the knob to turn on the gas and button to ignite it on its side; please turn off the gas at the bottle when not using it for safety. The propane bottle is under the fire pit and can be turned off or replaced, as needed (there's a spare gas bottle next to the BBQ). The gas for the BBQ is under the burner and must be turned on for use...please turn off the BBQ gas at the bottle when not using it for safety.
The pool's light color may be also be changed with the white controller on the dining table.
Pets are welcome, for an added cost. We have a doggie door and dog run with a rake and pan for cleaning.
The hot tub is ready, power circuit breaker needs to be turned on, the 50amp breaker is on the wall next to the spa. Please leave the 20amp breaker on all the time because it controls the watering system, and you use the top controller to adjust the temperature. If you could lower it to 60 on your departure day, I'd appreciate it. ***please keep the water level no less than halfway up the filter inlet or air get in the line and will damage the motor***
Our pool is weatherized in winter (Late November thru February).
On Friday night please leave the trash and recycling cans on the roadside for pick up on Saturday morning... when empty, please pull them up to the left side of the house, by the garage.
Guest computer access, uses same password as wifi.
Noise: Quiet time is between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. every day of the week. Tampering with the noise management equipment installed on the property is a violation of the City ordinance.
Trash: Short-term rental properties are required to be kept clean. Receptacles shall not be placed out on the street/curbside earlier than 2:00 p.m. Fridays and must be removed no later than 11:59 p.m. on Saturdays. Due to this ordinance, the guest(s) are responsible for this.
Parking: Onsite parking is limited to the driveway and public streets. A guest's vehicle(s) should not block a neighbor's driveway.
Amazon/Alexa Dot can be told to turn on the following devices, which are also controlled via wall switches; "Alexa, turn on 'name'" or "Alexa, turn off 'name'", and some devices with dimmer switches, may be set by saying, "Alexa, turn on 'Hallway' 40 percent"

Ceiling, next to mirror and by dining table. A separate remote controls the light and the fan speed

Couch Fan, only controlled via Alexa, located on wall shelf in front of the living room couch

Yard, in front of the pool (this will also turn on the Bluetooth speakers, two sets, in the back garden. Alexa sometimes has a connection issue, so you may want to use the switch to turn on and off.

Thermostat control pad is in the hallway. Do NOT lower AC below 72, or it will damage the system.

A hold harmless agreement for pool and spa use required and must be signed and returned on arrival. No house parties as per city code, quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Shared pool/patio and driveway.
Shower before entering the Spa and Pool. The pool and Spa are serviced on Wednesdays so might be unavailable for a couple of hours when being cleaned.
For Cooling efficiency, the windows and doors must be closed when not being accessed and the HVAC cannot be set lower than 72 in the summer.
