Ma place est bonne pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d’affaires, les familles, située à l’ouest de Las Vegas (environ 10-15 minutes) du Strip. Permettez à cette location d'être votre maison loin de chez vous.
Il y a des lits à plateau-coussin doubles, de la télévision à haute définition 55 pouces avec Chromecast ... un magnifique jardin avec une piscine privée et un spa. N'oubliez pas qu'il s'agit d'une communauté résidentielle et que nous respectons nos voisins.

Las Vegas Long Weekend

Entire family enjoyed the property! House was clean and orderly. The nice touches are the spa quickly heating up, natural gas line for bbq, and the arcade games. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Ari!

Relaxing stay

Overall this was a nice property for our family to get together. It was in a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the backyard a lot. There were a few amenities we wish were provided, like regular body soap/shampoo/conditioner in the upstairs bathroom (these were provided only in the downstairs bathroom). (There was leftover baby soap and shampoo from previous guests upstairs though). The floors were also a bit dirty like they hadn’t been mopped in a while (just vacuumed) which we didn’t love with a one year old walking/crawling around. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here for an extended weekend getaway.

Great Summerlin House

Very nice house, comfortable, pool, TV’s throughout. Ari is a great host. Very accommodating. Neighborhood is older but very safe I felt. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great for family with pets

This was a great house for a family with pets. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. There were pool towels and a washer/dryer. Heated pool was a major plus!

Friends, Family and Dog Friendly!

We had a lovely time hanging out together, playing games and going to dinner and shows. It was very easy to get an Uber or Lyft every time we wanted to do something outside of the house that we preferred not to drive. Everything was roughly 15-20 away with traffic from the house at the most. There was plenty of parking on the street as well as the driveway. The pool was a little cold but nothing that stopped us from enjoying it! The house was clean and had everything we needed and then some.The only issues we had were not entirely the fault of the property owner. There were a few items in the backyard that were old food like chicken bones that were hiding under the bbq that a previous renter must have left and a beeping sound in the garage that we believe had to do with the pool. However the owner must have been aware since the pool person came early in the morning the following day we arrived and took care of the issue before we even had a chance to let the owner know. Overall it is a very lovely home with plenty of room for all your friends and family, and the host was very accepting of our group having dogs. We were there to celebrate 2 birthdays and since we both are separate households, we both had our dogs we wanted to bring, and the owner was more than accomodating since we made him aware. We would definitely come back.

Watching TV in the dark.

This property had been updated with improved bathrooms and kitchen. However, the big 85 inch television was in the Family Room, and the lights were either on or off. There was no way to dim them, and they were so bright that you could not watch TV when the lights were on. The owner needs to install dimmer switches, so the lighting level can be turned down unless really needed. Also, a table lamp in the corner of the living room would be nice along with a floor lamp between the two large chairs, so a person could sit comfortably and read.

Home was updated. Were in town for wedding at the JW Marriott. Close to venue. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Owner met us there to orient to property. Would definitely stay again.

Lots of room

The house is a great size for a large group of people. Ari was super easy to communicate with and always responded quickly no matter the time of day. I text with him an hour before my arrival and he sent the door code to get in. Upon my arrival the cleaning crew must have just left because every door and window was unlocked. I figured they must have been in a hurry. House was clean and orderly. My only concern which i didn't address with Ari was the green algae all along the pool walls. I read in the home information that the pool guy would come clean that week so figured it wasn't worth bothering anyone as he would take care of it the next day or so. Our dog had a great time in the backyard investigating all the beautiful plants and landscaping. My family and I prepared lots of meals in the kitchen. It was well stocked with dishes, appliances and utensils. Everyone in my group had their own space which was nice for when they needed a break or a nap. It was a great trip with my family and I'm glad we found a place so accommodating for all our needs. Thank you again Ari.

Pass this one up

My family and I stayed here for a few days and while, yes, it was a beautifully remodeled and well-equipped home, I feel like I absolutely need to mention the owner. I’ve stayed in several vacation rental homes over the past year and never before have a had a problem with an owner until now. Chalk it up to cultural or language differences perhaps, but I found the owner to be quite rude and abrasive. First of all, you need to expand the instructions on the actual listing itself to see that he expects you to reach out to him prior to arrival to set up a time for him to meet you and show you around the property. I did not see those instructions and he did not attempt to reach out to me or resend me this information. He claims that he attempted to call me “several times” and that I “could have answered but didn’t.” The truth is that he called me exactly once. My phone had died shortly before our arrival and I messaged him from one of my family members phones stating that we had arrived and apologies for not seeing his instructions, and he called my dead phone. Once. Well it was very difficult to figure out how to heat the spa. He turned it on remotely for us twice, but the second time I asked him (a whole day later) to turn it on, he simply said “This is why I want to meet you upon check in.” Then proceeded to argue with me that he tried to call me multiple times and I didn’t answer. I wish I could include screenshots of our convo because I am only ever polite and respectful when staying in rental houses. So, maybe I’m an idiot for not thoroughly reading through the expanded information on the listing. It seems like if it were so strong a preference of the owner to meet us, he also would have attempted to reach out after booking to confirm with us. I did eventually figure out how to turn the spa on myself. There are several apps titled the same to use for control of the spa settings via wifi. You just have to keep trying until you find the right app. I’m not going to say that the trip was ruined by this owner, but I will say that he definitely made us feel unwelcome and like we were just bothering him. There are so many other lovely rental houses in Las Vegas with the same amenities that don’t also come with a problematic owner.
