Deluxe 4 chambres / 3 salles de bain pour 10 personnes avec piscine. Grande proximité de sept miles du Strip de Las Vegas et de 4. 4 miles de l'aéroport. Cour arrière incroyable avec foyer, piscine chauffée, barbecue et salle à manger. À l'intérieur de la maison a une table de billard, un bar, des fléchettes, des jeux vidéo de la vieille école, une Xbox et beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. Une chambre en bas, 3 autres sont toutes à l'étage. Beaucoup de shopping à quelques minutes de la maison. Nombreuses places de parking disponibles.

Had get together with lifelong friends. Great location, with all kinds of retail, grocery and restaurants close by. Sunset Park is 3 miles away and is very nice, we played outdoor pickleball in the mornings and the house was a nice respite with a pool to relax. Downtown and the Strip are fairly close allowing us to meet up with other friends, who enjoy the casino and louder experience. The extras including coffee pods, candy and snacks, and toiletries were a nice plus and the large clean Weber grill were very nice pluses

Quiet Oasis with plenty of entertainment and space

This VRBO was in a quiet neighborhood and the hosts thought of just about everything. There were even snacks for us and games to play. The house was clean, spacious and as advertised. I did forget to report that the pool light was out, but otherwise everything worked. Check in and outwas easy

Just wow!

This property was amazing. We had everyone from 15 years old to 70+ and there was something for everyone to do. We were able to have Walmart delivery at the house when we arrived and the property is close to the strip, downtown, and the airport. Hosts were fantastic - we were able to check in a little early and every time I had a question they replied within minutes. Eddie even called to make sure we got there OK and to see if we had any questions. We will stay at this property again and highly recommend.

WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, FABULOUS!!

This property is FABULOUS! We were so lucky that this property was available after our booking fell through at the last minute. Michelle saved our trip! We were coming to Vegas to get married and had our 5 adult kids and 2 in-laws. The house was fabulous and the pool and yard were amazing! The furnishings were top notch as well. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent for family fun!

Seven of us came to Las Vegas to celebrate our son's 21st birthday, and this house couldn't have been more perfect for us! Everyone enjoyed all the games, indoors and out, and the pool was delightful. Checking in couldn't have been easier, Eddie & Michelle were very communicative and helpful. The house itself was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need, 5 minutes away from markets and restaurants. We will definitely stay again the next time we're in Vegas. Thanks again for a great time, we had a blast! :)

Pops 75th Bday

My wife and I stayed at this lovely home with my siblings in order to celebrate my deceased father’s 75th birthday. The home had EVERYTHING u could think of and was close to all the major attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and as long as u respect that detail u can truly enjoy everything the house has to offer. We WILL stay at this house every time we visit from now on. Las Vegas with Family

This is a nice property, well-appointed for a group traveling with a variety of interests. The game room was well-used by my family. While the pool was littered with tree debris (the owner attributes it to the previous night's weather), we were able to remove some and then use the pool. Simple meals were easy to prepare; it was primarily breakfast for our group of 7 adults and 1 teenager. We appreciated the extra dishwashing pods and trash bags, which are usually limited in vacation rentals. WORD OF CAUTION!! There is a raised platform near the entry and at the bottom of the stairs. A couple of us forgot it was there and stumbled off of it. There is a warning sign posted, but it is behind you when you enter, and if it is dark, you will not see it. Even with the lights on, my sister stumbled off that platform while heading to the living room. We enjoyed our stay, and this rental allowed us to spend time together as a family before the extreme heat arrived.

Great house for our family

We really enjoyed our time here, had lots of games and things to keep our kids busy. The heated pool was very nice as well. Michelle and Eddie were super responsive with all our questions, we will definitely will be looking to book with them again when we come back.

Vegas Vacation

The property was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and bedrooms/baths. Great to have the pool table and other games. Super easy access to the home and excellent communication from hosts. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Weekend Stay

We had an amazing stay! The house is lovely and massive so was great for a big group of girls. Eddie is super responsive and allowed us to easily extend our stay. The pool is so much fun and we enjoyed lounging in the spacious backyard. Will definitely recommend this property to friends visiting Vegas!

Great yard & great layout!

We booked this home to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family and it worked perfectly! The home is conveniently located to grocery stores, take-out & gyms. The kitchen was spacious enough for several people to be cooking at once. The family enjoyed playing pool, darts & the arcade games. Not much seating for TV watching however we didn't need that and my son enjoyed playing the Playstation (or Xbox?). It was convenient having a bedroom/bathroom downstairs and the upstairs bedroom with the bunkbeds worked great for the kids! The backyard was a very nice size and we enjoyed sitting on the outdoor couches! Communication with owner was great - thanks for making it such a great experience!

Worked great

3 family weekend out- plenty of space indoors and out. Great towels (don’t laugh), plenty of toys like pool table and electron it games as well as outdoor games busy. Everyone love the pool.

We stayed for a week at this property and had plenty to keep everyone busy and entertained. Quiet neighborhood, great location and easy access to anywhere you want to go! When we visit Vegs again we will definitely be staying at one of their properties again. Thanks for being wonderful hosts:)

Family Getaway

We celebrated our 30th anniversary with our two adult children and their significant others, meeting in Vegas for a long weekend. This house provided the perfect place for lots of shared meals, lounging time, visiting, and games. The location in Henderson is also very nice; a beautiful community with everything you could ever want or need and yet close enough to the Strip. (Ordered groceries from nearby Smiths grocerty store and was able to easily pick up when we arrived in town! ) Obviously, these are rare times and we were concerned about cleanliness and safety. The house was very clean and we felt confident it was sanitary. It was nice to be able to stay in for the majority of time and have plenty to do and enjoy. The pool and patio were our favorite part. The summer heat in Vegas is crazy so we spent the majority of our time outside. There's plenty of things to do, in terms of activities and games! The outside seating was terrific. Not really set up for a lot of lounging on couches inside but didn't need it. Very nice appliances! The property management company was attentive and professional. Good experience overall.
