Before diving into the details of your stay, please note the following important booking step:

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email message from Casa de Kona Vacation Rentals with a secure digital link to our Rental Agreement. This is a standard step for all Casa de Kona guests. We kindly ask that the agreement be reviewed and signed within 24 hours to complete your booking. Reservations with unsigned agreements after this timeframe will be cancelled per our booking policy so the dates can be reopened for other guests.

HIDEAWAY HOME - Adjacent Home, connected by deck breezeway (2BR | 2BA | Sleeps 6)
* Located on the Main level are the following:
King bedroom + bathroom w/toilet + shower

Living room King-size Crate & Barrel sofa sleeper

* Located on 2nd level are the following:
500 sq-foot King bedroom with en-suite bathroom + private balcony

* Signed rental agreement required within 12 hours of booking or reservation will auto cancel.

The City of Oceanside is now very strict with vacation rentals and regulates how they may be used. This is a vacation destination and not a party or event location. No visitors or extra overnight guests where you have invited more people than you indicated on your reservation rental agreement.
