Beautiful Townhouse with great outdoor living & walking distance to everything

Totally remodeled and air conditioning townhouse with perfect front and back patios in this 55 and over community. Front patio includes a barbecue along with tables and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee and the beautiful evening sunsets. Both patios offer shaded and sunny areas. The home is tastefully furnished with comfortable king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the spare bedroom! The home has a split layout so everyone has their privacy! The living room has a fireplace along with vaulted ceilings and sliding glass door leading out to the back patio. Walking distance to the clubhouse and community center which has a hot tub, swimming pool, library with books and games that you can borrow, computer room, pool table and an outstanding brand new fitness center, exercise rooms offering various classes, pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, water aerobics, restaurants and bar. Everything is available to you as a renter. Rio Verde is just minutes east of Scottsdale and North of Fountain Hills. There are an abundance of hiking trails, mountain biking, horseback riding and road biking. Tonto National Forest is within a mile or two with unmarked trails and wild horses. Come and relax in beautiful Arizona.

Cute townhouse at Rio Verde

Everything just as presented. Had everything we needed, great southwestern decor, comfortable beds, great safe baths and showers. Convenient to country club that had very good food beautiful scenery , pool and jacuzzi ! You have to go to restaurant at Trilogy close by, Delicious food and beautiful veiw of mountains . Would stay there again!

Wonderful Home Away from Home

Charlotte the host was so easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. The interior space was comfortable and loved the interior design choices. The outdoor patio offered shade and sun and offered a great dining space al fresco. Next time we will stay longer.

Comfortable for the 2 of us for our 50 day stay. Only 3/4 mile to the McDowell desert park Verde trailhead for lots of biking and hiking fun. We'll be back next year.

Pleasant, quiet area.

This townhouse was located in a lovely community. Nice walking around area and the golf course intertwined throughout the community. Nicely decorated and comfortable, It is a small kitchen to do much cooking in. However did enjoy little patio areas and grilling.

Good value for the money

This home has everything you need for for an efficient and comfortable base. Kitchen is well equipped. Internet works well and it is located in a quiet central part of Rio Verde. Good for two to three.

Golf trip Tonto Verede

Perfect for us, two bedrooms two full baths and we took advantage of the kitchen while we were there. Covered car port was nice in the heat of the day. TV in Master did’nt work and seemed to be an odor when we first checked in!

Rio Verde vacation

Enjoyed my stay in the townhouse on Bravo. Clean and comfortable home which met my expectations. The unit was nicely decorated and updated. The neighbors were friendly and the street was fairly quiet. The small pool is just a street over on Rio and I enjoyed swimming there. There a wonderful new gym in community center which I enjoyed using. Overall a very good experience.

Wonderful

The home was lovely, beautifully furnished, and the neighborhood was quiet and pretty. My only disappointment was the 62.50 per day for my pet. It seemed that the pet fee would apply for as many days as the guest was staying, and the fact that I stayed only 4 days caused the rate to be excessive. Otherwise, all was good. Charlotte responded quickly to my communications.

The property was everything that we excepted. The house was very clean and and nicely laid out. We were conveniently located close to fountain Hills. Charlotte was an exceptional host and was always very prompt in answering any of my questions. Would definitely stay again!

Nice 2 bedroom and 2 bath townhouse in quiet Rio Verde community. Very clean. Nicely stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Highly Recommend for couple or small family. Very convenient if you are visiting someone in Rio Verde

March 31-April 4th stay

The home was beautiful, upon entering, it did have a smell of a wet dog. Not sure if the home owner has pets or if it was from something else? It would of been helpful to have a booklet showing were everything was, directions to the fitness center and the pool and how to use certain things and what was expected of us when checking out. The TV volume was a little cumbersome. We were not sure if we could eat at the club house and just pay cash or if that was off limits? The quality of the toilet paper was terrible!!! I left a personal note for the home owner regarding A few lights that were burnt out, the master bathroom shower knob was broken but I was able to figure it out and shower. These are minor things, overall the house was beautiful and had a great location for what we were looking for. Would stay here again.

Thanks for the suggestions, Kathy. I left a message to call me or leave me a messages if you had any questions. I am sorry we didn't connect. There was a renter that had a dog last month in my rental so I am getting the carpets torn out in both bedrooms next month! I did have them cleaned, but I need to get them torn out. I will leave the next renters a map of Rio Verde so they can find things easier. Thanks so the suggestions for they always make my place better. Glad you enjoyed your stay and would want to come back.
