Hi Satish, Thank you for the honest review. Please note that we provided 1 towel for each guest and a washing machine is provided for convenience. The reservation was booked for 2 guests and there were 6 towels left in total. We apologize about the tv, if this was raised during the stay, we could have sorted it out and as for the parking, we never had issue from the previous guest, if this was raised during the stay, we could have checked it and see what we can do. Nonetheless, we appreciate you pointing these out and we'll make sure to note this for a better service in the future.
