We're excited to tell you about this stunning 2700 sq ft. waterfront townhouse that's situated in a fantastic location, less than a ten-minute walk to Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 and all that Clearwater Beach offers! Park the cars and don't deal with any traffic. It's a four-level property that boasts four beautiful bedrooms, and it's well-furnished with all the amenities you could ever need. Single car garage and up to 2 additional vehicles in the driveway are allowed.

This lovely townhouse features a private elevator that services all four floors, a heated pool, and a game room with an Arcade game(many games) and a Foosball table. All bedrooms and the living room have Smart Flat-screen TVs, and the living room has a 65" Smart Flat-screen. The kitchen is open and fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

On the first floor, you'll find a king bedroom and a den with a TV and 1/2 bath. The pullout couch in the den/game room can sleep two. You'll also find beach toys and several bikes available in the one-car garage on this level, along with an extra full-size refrigerator in the garage. You can walk out to a patio and the pool area from this level.

The second floor features a dining room/living room area with a dining room table and chairs, a sectional couch which has a pop up sleeper feature, a chair, and a 65" flat screen Smart TV and DVD player. There is a balcony outside the sliding glass doors with a table and seating for morning coffee or an outdoor lunch, dinner, or glass of wine. Down the hallway, there is a full bathroom and a queen, beachy bedroom with twin bunk beds.

The third floor features a large master suite with a 65” flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet, and a master king bathroom ensuite consisting of an oversized garden tub, a large shower, and dual vanities for maximum privacy. Down the hall is another king bedroom with a TV, dresser, and full bathroom.

The top-floor terrace is the best place for stunning views of Clearwater Beach and the bay, especially at night. It features a conversational sectional couch, fire pit, outdoor dining table, umbrella, gas grill, and Cornhole game.

The property comes with free Wi-Fi, Spectrum Cable, and five Flat-screen Roku TVs. There are also many fine dining and casual restaurants, fishing, boat tours, jet ski rentals, and parasailing available from the Clearwater Beach Marina. It's a 5-minute drive to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, where you can visit Winter, the dolphin from the movie Dolphin Tale. Also, be sure to visit Pier 60 to enjoy celebrations featuring live music and locally made artisan creations.

Please note that the condo association doesn't allow trailer, RV, or motorcycle parking in the driveway, and the rental property is available only for those above 25 years of age. Outside security cameras are on the building, and there is a Ring Doorbell. It's a non-smoking and no-pet property. If you smoke, please do so outside on one of the balconies.
