The one you have been waiting for – is Premier Waterfront Penthouse on Clearwater Beach.
This 3 Bedroom + Bonus Room 4 bath 4 levels (2954 sq ft) Elevator is accessible, and fully furnished with boat slip and lift.
Relax and watch the sunset from your gorgeous rooftop oasis like no other, a one-of-a-kind 20 x 20 beautifully finished living area with spectacular views and a Viking outdoor kitchen, tops off this rare rooftop dream. Level 3 has the large master suite with ensuite bath and beautiful water view from its wall of windows, also on this level you will find the 2nd bedroom with an ensuite bath and Juliet balcony, also you’ll find the laundry room. Level 2’s open floor plan includes living/dining with sliders to the balcony and water views, a kitchen with wood cabinets/granite countertops/stainless steel appliances, a 3rd bedroom with French doors to its private balcony, and direct access to the full bath. The ground level with its brick/stone flooring throughout consists of an oversized tandem garage, bonus room with pull-out couch, and full bath with access to the patio and waterfront pool and docks.

Best central location, plenty of space and everything you need is on site. Bicycles, beach gear-kayaks. Anywhere you need to go is a 10 minute walk. We will be back!

This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Great location! Host Diana was amazing, checked in with us to ensure we had no questions about the home. Did I mention the elevator? We highly recommend this beautiful location!

Beautiful property ! Close to beach just a few minute walking distance. Great neighborhood. The home was very clean and included all the amenities a person would need including all kitchen, pool and beach supplies. Would stay again if in our budget but we splurged for a family vacation and we were very pleased .

Exceeded expectations

Property lived up to the pictures posted. Great location! Arrived and parked the car and there it stayed until we left five days later. Condo was immaculate and every amenity was thought of prior to our arrival. Diana was fabulous and responsive and checked in to make sure we were happy. Salt water pool, roof top deckand sleep number beds were just a few of the upgrades. Thank you!!!!!

Best VRBO Ever!

My husband and I booked this house to stay in for our son's wedding in Clearwater. This VRBO had everything and more! This was the cleanest home we have ever booked, there was not even a grain of sand to be found. The home is exactly as pictured and very comfortable. We loved the view from the top deck and hope to stay here again. Definitely recommend!

This property was ideal for our family. We loved the decor, the pool, the short walk to the beach, the views and the sunshine. We had views of the sunrise and sunset. The penthouse was a perfect place to spend evenings - the cross breeze was amazing. We would love to return to this slice of paradise. Four days was not long enough, next time I’ll book a full week.

LOVED THIS PROPERTY!!! We felt like we had our own private hotel. Easy to find and get in and out of. Everyone had their own space, we had everything in the kitchen we needed and then some. We walked to the beach, enjoyed the pool, the guys fished off the dock, even saw two dolphins! We LOVED THE ROOFTOP!!!, (Thank you for the elevator!!!!👍👍👍)

Great location and great Penthouse

This was our fifth year in a row staying at Clearwater and the various townhouses on this specific street. It did not disappoint! It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. I was especially impressed with the rooftop gazebo which had AC and plenty of places to lounge. Also this property has an extra bedroom in the back of the garage with AC and this is a huge bonus with a large family as many of these properties do not have this extra room. The location is great as you can walk to the beach pretty quickly and any other shops and restaurants. The host was also fantastic and was very responsive at all times. I would highly recommend this property!

Luxury at the beach

Overwhelmed by the beauty and luxury of the property! 3 large bedrooms each with comfortable king beds and adjoining bathrooms that were wonderful for 6 adults (3 couples). Well supplied kitchen. Balcony with a gorgeous view overlooking a canal and city. Surprisingly beautiful rooftop entertainment deck and rooftop cabana. And the pool that is off the lower level was wonderful. So perfect in every way and the host made checking in to the property a breeze. Area is very walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. Everyone had a wonderful time!!!! Would definitely recommend.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

I have to say this is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. The water view combined with the spaciousness of the townhome is next level. I woke up each and every morning to the view of the water which is an experience in itself. My friends and I also grilled on the one of a kind custom made private rooftop grill every night! I was also so close to the water that I was able to skip ordering an Uber or drive over there with my own car and instead walk 3 min and literally be on the beach. Lastly, the owner Diana was AMAZING and VERY accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend this property. Definitely will be staying here again next year.

Spring Break with teens 2025

Wow…. Just wow!!! This place is simply amazing! We have stayed in beach condos for two decades and this place is by far one of the very best!! The layout is PERFECT for having fun, relaxing, and spreading out (aka… needing space from spouse, teens, or both)! LOL!! The beds are the best I’ve ever slept in, the house had everything under the sun! We literally only needed to bring food and clothing! Diana has taken great thought and consideration with how she has stocked and arranged the home. She is slo extremely easy to work with and communicates quickly and efficiently. She was a dream to work with! We usually love to stay right in the beach…. But hubby and son like to fish, so this location was perfect! We walked every single day to the beach, shops, and restaurants. You literally do not need a car! And regarding the cleanliness…. I give this house and A! It was spotless from every angle! I can’t wait to come here again! It was VERY tough to leave this house! Thank you, Diana, for sharing your beautiful GEM! Beth B

Incredible property!

I can't say enough 5-star things about this property! It was incredible! Luxurious bed. Comfortable furniture. Elevator to transport bags up and down the various levels. Stocked kitchen with pots and pans, dishware and utensils needed to cook great meals. Gorgeous inner coastal views. The master suite was so spacious with a spectacular view. The roof top patio was divine for our last night bbq with a casita to eat in. Short walking distance to Clearwater Beach, shops and restaurants and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Beach chairs, 2 kayaks, and umbrellas available or just sit by the pool. It was awesome to have a garage for our car as well. The owner was always available and attentive to our needs. Next time we plan to bring our family. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Great Clearwater Beach location

Our stay at the Clearwater Beach house was amazing. The property was as advertised with no exaggeration. The elevator was so convenient and the pool was five steps outside the back door. Having a garage and a driveway for parking was great. Our host was obviously very experienced as we had all the needed little things in the home. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Beach Property! One of the best places I've ever stayed!

I knew we were renting a nice house! But in fact, it exceeded all our expectations! Not a single minus! Pros: Location: 5-6 minutes walk to the beach. House: The elevator that goes up from the garage to the roof terrace can stop at every floor! Ideal for people with foot problems, for moving suitcases, groceries,etc. Terrace: Beautiful view of the bay, BBQ equipment This is the only townhouse in the area where I saw Sunroom on the rooftop. The fully furnished room has air conditioning!!! And what a view!!!!! The bedrooms are spacious, large, very comfortable beds, shower, toilet in each room. Perfectly clean throughout the house. Directly at the entrance to the pool there is bonus room with fridge and full bathroom. The hosts are very friendly, always in touch for any questions. Highly recommend .10 stars!
