As you approach the home, you can`t miss it with its iconic location and GIANT wrap around deck! This 3-story home features an open concept main floor with a large, updated, and fully stocked kitchen; A large dining room with table prepared to seat 10; 3 full bathrooms that are each equipped with the needed essentials of your stay; and a huge living room with a wrap around sectional, large smart TV, and views overlooking the Port Orchard Bay. The main floor also holds 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, laundry room, and game cabinet for an abundance of games for any age!

From the main level, you can head up a flight of stairs to find the Primary Suite with gorgeous views of the Bay and Marina. The Primary bedroom holds a King bed and twin trundle bed (two twins) and a full bathroom.

On the bottom level of the home, two additional bedrooms holding queen beds can be found with another full bathroom and a second laundry room.

No direct neighbors. However, road noise should be considered when booking this location. The house is located on a busy road and road noise is very noticeable when outside.

Directly across the street from the Port Orchard Yacht Club & Marina, 1/2 mile to downtown Port Orchard, 20 minute drive to the Bremerton/Seattle ferry terminal. There are stairs to access the home, please be mindful when booking.

While the location of this property is terrific for access to everything close by, it should also be noted that road noise is very noticeable while on the deck. Only slightly noticeable inside the home.
It should also be noted that this is a 3 story home, climbing multiple sets of stairs is required. Please consider if these items might be bothersome to your group!
