Fun for the whole family

The home had everything we needed to cook meals, enough beds for everyone in our group (9 of us), and a fun gameroom that entertained kids of all ages (6-18). I would stay here again next time I am in College Station!

Was worried we would keep the owner of the house up, since he stays in a room down stair. he was out of site out of mind as long you knew how to park . he would come and correct you where to park. he had a side door. but the house is was very very nice. Would stay there again.

House has not been well kept

I don't believe this house has been rented out as a short term rental in some time. The bedrooms were not clean, there was only one roll of toilet paper for the 3 bathrooms, there was a used dental flosser with used tissues laying on the table at the top of the stairs, no top sheets on either queen bed and bedspreads were not clean, the bedding was all messed up on the bed in the master, a used nasty cleaning rag on the top of the bathroom counter, The "grass"/ weeds in the back yard were over 3 feet tall and yard unkept. The kitchen was clean. The owner was responsive prior to our check in. There is along term renter living in the house that apparently leaves if a short term guest is coming in. It appears this tenant is not taking care of the property as it had been kept in reviews from the previous year. We would not stay in this house again.

Tyee was a great host. He makes you feel so welcome. The house was very accommodating for us all. Perfect place to hang with family and watch games.

Best Gameday Stay out there

My friends and I do a college football trip every year in a different location. This was the best place that we have stayed at hands down. Tyree is the best host you could ask for, his house has everything you could need and more, you can comfortably sleep a large group, and it’s a quick Uber over to campus. Tyree even picked up one of my friends after the Uber dropped them off at the wrong house and they had bags full of groceries. There’s no reason to stay anywhere else if you’re coming to college station with a big group. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect vacation

Property owner adds a personal touch by calling to introduce himself, go over rental instructions and answer any questions. The home is very clean and he has done an excellent job making sure you have everything you need on vacation. He has gona above and beyond with so many pans and cookers in the kitchen, the trampoline and pool table. Just absolutely perfect vacation home.

Perfect stay

I’ve stayed at a number of properties but this one definitely stands out. Communication with the host was great and I had no issues or any problems whatsoever. The property is very spacious and everything was even better than pictured. Will definitely recommend!

Great stay for all ages!

This house was perfect for our group of friends and family in town for game day weekend. There was plenty of space and the amenities were great. The "secret" game room and outdoor area were a big hit with the kids (and adults). Ty was a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

Great fun and a great host

I cannot say enough about how Tyree made us feel at home here. He did everything and more to make sure we felt at home, even some treats for our dog. The place is great with a ton of room and more things to have fun doing than an amusement park. The kids loved it and I was able to as well have my dedicated room to work in the study. Had a great time and good fun. Thank you Tyree for your hospitality.

We had softball team playing locally and this place was a great location. With 105 degree temps the indoor game room was great! Girls had a lot of fun. Plenty of room and very well stocked! The landlord very easy going! Thanks Tyree!

Tyree was MOST helpful!!! Somethings took place in the house, as all houses do, that needed a little more attention but when I tell you I sent one message and he was ON IT! He did more than was asked and in a HURRY. He always made sure we were set, comfy and taken care of. He went even further and got us extra goodies for our nights. I think the hardest question we had to answer was if we wanted regular lights or fun lights haha. We will definitely book again when visiting college station. Tyree thank you again you were an awesome host and your house is beautiful and well taken care of.

Perfect Property

This house was perfect for our stay in College Station for my son’s graduation ceremony. Ty was awesome to communicate with and very prompt with answering all questions prior to our stay!! I would recommend this house for sure and would definitely stay there again!

AMAZING

This house is perfect! The owner did such an amazing job going through the house and telling us everything about it, and he is also very very kind. The house amenities itself were flawless, including the pool table and awesome projector! He had everything extremely clean, and extra towels, blankets, comforters, pillows; you name it he had extra! I could go on and on about this property, but we will be back. It was a great location, and close to just about anything. You will love this property just as much as I did.

Excellent

House was perfect for a short weekend getaway! I saw the owner one time, other than that we never knew he was there. Home had everything we needed and more. Especially the kitchen! There is a pool table upstairs with a nice sectional sofa, a great place for us to visit. My only regret was not being able to stay longer to enjoy the back patio with the fire pit or the grill. Maybe next time!

Wedding Trip
