Perfect location for a chill vacation

Great property with all the amenities. Conveniently located to the ocean view pool and kid friendly beach. Short drive to lots of food and shopping.

Exceeded Expectations

This place was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, kitchen was well stock with all kinds of pots, pans, dishes, all kinds of glasses. We had everything we needed when cooking. View was wonderful, just a 8-15 minute walk to the beach depending on which one you went to. The pool was a nice break from the beach when needed. Check in and checkout was simple. South side of Kauai is where you want to be. Sunshine with an occasional shower that lasted maybe 2 minutes. You can access to the rest of the island with very little trouble. Hanalei is an hour, Kapaa is 30 minutes, Lihue 15. The best part is the location of this condo. We spent 9 days and enjoyed everything to the max. We can't come back soon enough.

Great location, walking distance to beaches, close drive to restaurants & very informative emails from rental company. Only cons: no hot tub, pool closes at 8pm (would've been nice if it closed at 10pm since everything closes so early) & bedroom doors have slats so zero privacy.

Great Condo

Our group of 4 adults really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The sunset view was stunning from the lani. The rooms and accommodations very comfortable. Nice kitchen. The ceiling fans were nice no air conditioning needed. Beautiful bathrooms, showers great sink in guest bath. Nice property and location. Thanks for sharing.

Great stay and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Loved the decor and the lanais. Nicest decor I’ve seen in a rental. We enjoyed coffee on the upstairs lanai every morning. The view was nice. You could see the mountains and the ocean from a distance. The downstairs lanai were relaxing too. The condo was well Stocked. I made a casserole and found everything I needed. There were plenty of spices that were available to use. More than enough bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes and beach towels. More than needed for 4 people. The beds were very comfortable, although I wish that we had brought our own pillows. Loved being able to control the air conditioner by room. We turned it off during the day, and when we came back it cooled quickly. The only thing I would change is the couch and chair. We watched a few movies at night, and I found them to be uncomfortable. And, the water didn’t get as hot as I like. We noticed it was more lukewarm once everyone took a shower in the morning. They also have plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, several sizes of coolers (ice maker in freezer was nice to add ice to the small cooler) and a nice beach buggy to lug everything to the beach. Beach is close and can walk. It is downhill though. We actually drive down and dropped everything off, then parked back at the condo and walked back to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING LOCATION

I was very impressed with how well stocked this condo was with cooking supplies. They truely thought of it all. The grounds are spectacular to walk through and observe from the Lani. There are grilling stations throughout the property. A few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. We nailed it this time. will definitely return to this place in the future.

Beautiful Kauai Holiday Stay

We loved our time here! The unit was very comfortable, with on-demand AC in the living room and both bedrooms, a small but well stocked kitchen, and balcony with beautiful view of gardens and ocean. The nearby pool was beautiful and both Brennecke and Poipu beaches just a short walk way. The boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers are really nice touches, reducing the need to buy or rent these. We would happily stay here again!

The property was beautiful and great location. Kitchen was well stocked, beds we’re comfortable, bathrooms updated, and overall the space was perfect! My only suggestion is to update the carpet. Although the place is very clean and well kept, the carpet is just old and causing a little musty smell. We enjoyed our stay and would rent it again if we return!

Great condo centrally located in Poipu

The condo was great for our family vacation. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. There were lots of supplies for the beach. It was clean and spacious for a family of 4. Hosts were easy to get ahold of and brought us extra towels when requested. The nearby beaches do not disappoint! Pool has a great view of the ocean. Would book again. Thank you!
