Beautiful, designer cottage! * This is our largest and most spacious cottage! It’s beautifully and completely remodeled, showcasing a bright and colorful Laguna Beach theme! The inviting ambiance is further enhanced by signature tongue and groove walls and ceilings throughout. It boasts of all new furnishings including a custom built banquette for all your dining pleasure. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances, custom cabinets and pristine quartz countertops. Relax in the charming and tranquil master bedroom with a new king bed, signature cotton bedding and a flat screen TV. The cozy guest bedroom has 2 new custom platform twin size beds. The bathroom shines with designer appointed fixtures and a custom glass shower.

For your convenience there are washers and dryers onsite. In addition, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas are provided. This extraordinary experience awaits you!!

The Perfect Location! Just a 2 minute walk to Laguna's world famous beaches and the heart of Laguna Beach. With this fantastic location you can easily enjoy everything Laguna has to offer either by walking or using the open air trolley. The downtown is epic with its numerous specialty boutiques, renowned galleries, and gourmet restaurants. Cottage was the perfect size for our family and is convenient to everything, beach, downtown Laguna Beach, restaurants, etc.. The amenities are also nice. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Perfect Cozy Location

I had always wanted to spend a few nights in Laguna Beach so this cottage was the perfect place for our family. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach! I was happy that we had a parking spot and that the premises also had a washer and dryer room. I would recommend this place.

Fantastic Laguna Location

We walked to the beaches, ate tacos, browsed galleries and enjoyed a Tiki bar. Lovey place to spend a short or long stay. We will be back.

Cottage in great location

This updated unit was perfect. Extremely clean, updated and quiet. A 2 minute walk to the beach and walking paths, and a short walk into town. Top of the World hiking paths, and 1000 Step Beach caves were fun. Highly recommend this cottage!

Great location

We took the trolley everywhere. Coffee, restaurants and beach are all within a block or two . Nice clean place. Photos make it look like a spacious home but it is rather small inside. TV’s and mini splits in every room are a nice touch.

Pros: I very much enjoyed the location. It is walkable to just about everything you could possibly want to do in the area, including but not limited to: a nice beach with volleyball nets, many shops, MANY fine art galleries, food spots, dessert spots, walking trails, and more. The location feels generally very safe and although the parking was a bit tough to locate, no issues at all once I knew where to pull in. The check-in was well explained and very straightforward, simple to check out as well. There is a TV everywhere you would want one. Great property overall.Cons: The laundry is a separate unit that (I can only assume) is shared amongst the residents. There is an access code however, so no outside people have access to it. Also, for the cleaning fee to be as hefty as it is, underneath the stove is FILTHY. I dropped something under there & had to reach to get it out, to be met with an unimaginable amount of dust, crumbs, and filth from what I can only assume to be years worth of neglect. This alone should constitute at least a partial refund of the cleaning fee but I’m not one to make a fuss about things like this. I actually poked my hand with a crumb or who-knows-what trying to reach what I dropped and it drew blood. Also, while I do appreciate the attempt at bug control with the multiple ant traps around the inside of the premises, they weren’t enough. There were ants crawling throughout the kitchen, bathroom, and both bedrooms. I hope all of this will be addressed.

5 Star rating clearly was going to be left with only 2 days in to our 10 night stay!

Cynthia and Gail, You had already gotten my 5 stars on the second day we had stayed at your place; that’s a tremendous compliment; we loved your place, and it worked out perfectly for our family of four (two children ages 7 and 9). I usually attempt to add something additional that haven’t already been stated on previous reviews left by others, but I’m struggling to come up with any nuances that haven’t already been stated. Though I didn’t look back to verify whether or not this was mentioned in a previous review for your place – what I would like to mention is that every single other group (some just one person, others, just a few people like the size of my family) staying in the same corridor area we’re ALL welcoming, friendly to talk to – especially the corridor “watchdog” (I appreciate this, Ms. Faye! :-) ) who’s been living in the same 1 bedroom unit for 20 years – she has such a great smile! We’d undoubtedly come back and stay at this place again! Thanks, Dave

Highly RECOMMEND!

This is a historical group of beach cottages that has been beautifully redone by the heirs of the family that built them in 1924. The location faces Coast Highway which is very busy but just behind the cottages is THE BEST BEACH in Southern California! Absolutely gorgeous and amazing in so many ways. We had 4 adults a few times in the cottage - our grown sons - and there is enough room for everyone, although there is only one small bathroom. There is a set of new laundry machines to use complimentary which was great. Other renters there were all very friendly. The property manager Cynthia is EXTREMELY nice, responsive and helpful. A few suggestions: Our cottage had a tiny private back patio we would have enjoyed sitting there but no furniture. The laundry machines are wonderful but the storage room where they are located is a jumbled mess. More outside seating would be wonderful, there are only three seats outside for all the cottages, there is space between cottages for seating which would have been great. Parking is available, one car per cottage and the property manager allowed us to park two cars there when there were fewer guests. The gravel parking spots are big but there are a lot of plant pots strewn about on both sides. If those were gone and the area cleaned up two smaller cars would fit. All in all it’s a casual relaxed place I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
