Emerald clear water, white sand and a beach chair. What could be better than a day relaxing in PCB on the Gulf of Mexico? This condo is perfect for a small family looking for some beach time. Private balcony for morning coffee or sunsets.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo (black out curtains installed). There are 2 built-in bunk beds for the kids (with top rail). A pull-out couch in the living room with upgraded extra thick memory form mattress. Blackout curtains are installed for those sleeping on the sofa perfect for a good night’s sleep. Plus another full bathroom (stand up shower). We provide ALL linens to include extra long thick bath towels and beach towels.

FREE Wifi

Fully equipped kitchen for family meals including blender and crock pot. The view of the shoreline is unbeatable. The condo also offers two pools, two hot tubs, a fitness room, and BEACH CHAIR SERVICE included in your reservation (March 15 through October 15).

The cleaning fee includes your parking pass and resort wrist bands for the pool and other amenities.

There are 3 restaurants within walking distance, one of these is right next door, you can walk up from the beach and have lunch or get it to go, and have lunch in the sand!

Wonderful Experience!

I wish I could rate our experience beyond 5 stars! The overall process and more importantly, the communication with Jessica, the host, went beyond expectations. The room was very clean and cozy! Only downside to the trip is we couldn’t stay longer! On a scale of 1 to 10, it gets a 15!

Fall break trip

We really enjoyed everything about this property. The bird’s eye view from the 21st floor balcony,two outdoor pools, the included two wooden beach chairs each day,fully equipped kitchen, two full baths so no waiting on others 😁..etc. The owners instructions for arrival and departure were clear and simple. And she was quick to reply to any questions. Didn’t make it to Schooners next door but went to Dat Cajun Place twice! Both restaurants were very busy. I’d stay here again 👍

Quick Getaway

Property was very clean. The power went out on the next to last night and the owner was willingly to move us to another property down the road! The power came back on and everything else went well! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a Great place to stay with Great Owners!

We loved staying in this condo. The view was gorgeous. The location was perfect and central to all the activities we wanted to do. The owner was very responsive and even came out in the middle of the night when we had an issue with the door code/lock. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Location and Views!

We love Seychelles location and have stayed in several different condos here. Amazing views, local dining nearby, quiet at night... The hostess was great at communicating with us prior to our trip and we had no issues during our stay. Beach chairs and beach towels were included for use although we had already brought our own but we wound up renting the comfy loungers for rent in front of the condo. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect size for our family

I have stayed at Seychelles in the past and always enjoy the beach and pools there. Schooners next door is definitely a plus. The condo was clean and perfect for us. I appreciated the beach towels and chairs that were left for guest use. I also appreciated the supplies (coffee filters, trash bags, soap, etc). It was much more than I have usually had with a condo rental. The check in/out was very easy and the property manager was in communication with us on the day of check in to let us know when it was ready.

Awesome place with an awesome view

I have stayed at Seychelles before so I thought I knew what I was getting into, but but did the view exceed expectations. It was only me and my girlfriend, but this would be a great place for a family. Right on the beach and right next to Schooner’s can’t be beat.

Retired military who can't stay away from the beach and the sea. We were stationed here in 2008-2011 and fell in love with the area so we decided this is where we would build our retire home and start my property management business. Sugar white beaches and a welcoming patriotic community make this our happy place. Whether your heart lies in the golden sunrises or a scenic sunset stroll, there is always something to be said about that feeling you get with your toes buried in the sand and salty air awakens your senses. Relaxation at its best.
