Overall the house was amazing. There were some small things I would have liked. The fountain to the pool did not work. They had jet skis on the dock but they were not available to rent. Kayaks or paddle boards would have been an added benefit that the house did not offer.

Lovely stay. Close to the beach and several restaurants. Stayed with 6 people (3 kids, 3 adults) and had plenty of room. I am very obsessed with cleanliness & I saw no issues! Day 1 the coffee machine was broken and the owner WENT OUT AND BOUGHT A NEW ONE and had it delivered within an hour of us notifying him!! That astounded me!!The only downside was that since we came in June, the pool was too warm to enjoy (not the owners fault!). 10/10 would stay here again.

We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and had the most amazing time. The home was beautiful with breathtaking views- the pictures on listing are good but to experience this home in person was another level. The home is also in a great location and close to beach accesses, park with basketball and tennis courts and a ton of restaurants, ice-cream shops and gift shops. Everything was very clean; beach decor was fabulous and home is well maintained. Everything listed on their VRBO listing was there. The host (Erika) was great too and responded within 5 minutes every time we had a question. The pool sticks were cracked upon arrival (4:00 pm), the host was notified and she overnighted new ones to us, and they were delivered at 10 am the next day! Just an overall great experience, great time was had by the whole family and highly recommend this house and host.

Great Vacation

Great property, short ride to Clearwater, Tampa, St. Pete. Enjoyed the pool and just hanging out at the house. My kids are 5 & 3 and had a blast. Highly recommend

Family holiday

Location is fantastic, beach at the end of the road. Restaurants near by. Area felt very safe. House is a good size plenty of room though bathrooms are dated but no more than other rented houses.

Celebrated our 25th Anniversary with our family of 9

We loved this house and location. We used the pool a lot and loved watching the dolphins from the dock on the canal. The house was well equipped with towels for the bathroom and beach and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals for our family of 9. The location was AWESOME.. just minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Family vacation

The location is really nice, near the park and library, a few restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. The water views and birdwatching were really special. The house itself had a few quirks but the management company responded quickly.

Phillies Spring Training

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The property is a destination all by itself. Any questions that we had were answered quickly. The back yard is amazing. Plenty of room for 11 men to enjoy the pool, hot tub the grill area. Definitely will book again for next year!

Nice Location and amenities

Nice location and property with short walk to the beach and restaurants. House was a bit dated but there was plenty of room for three families to have a nice vacation. Enjoyed the pool on most days. The hot tub worked sporadically, but I did not report it to property management. Still would recommend to others.

Small Family Get Together

Great quality time spent with family and a beautiful place to watch the fireworks. End of road "local neighbor" was a weirdo. He was stalking my 28 year old daughter. Approached her on the beach and followed her home trying to "give her a ride" and then invited her over to "party at his house at the end of the street" Other than that it was a great time despite the rainy weather

IRB Family Vacation

The property is accurately represented in the photos. Excellent location. Easy walk to beautiful beach and nearby park. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The house had enough space for our family of 11 to comfortably relax and enjoy. The pool, hot tub and game room were used every day! The main bedroom suite was amazing. Contacted the management team once and minor issue was resolved within the hour. Would have liked if bikes and kayaks were included in the rental.

Awesome property!

We rented the property we a group of friends and I cannot say enough how much we loved this house! We had a maintenance issue while there, I called the property manager and spoke to her, she got on it and someone was out immediately to repair it. The location was convenient, lots of great restaurants within walking distance as well as the beach. We had so much fun fishing off the dock! The house is so well stocked, nothing has been overlooked. Everyone had such a great time and we are already trying to pick out dates to go again! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful property!

Just after you left, Hurricane Helene came to visit. the good news is that there was only minor flooding in the garage and the living space was not damaged.
